Same thing for me. Do you have to have it use your Steam name rather than your indiegala username in addition maybe?

Your Steam profile needs to be set to public for that.

Anyone knows if it's possible to fix the infinite fetching user data bug?

I don't know if it's necessarily a bug. I think it's a product of IG's slow servers are flakey code. If your request doesn't arrive in the expected time, their code goes kaput and leaves you stuck in the "fetching data" stage.

The best thing you can do is to improve the quality of your connection (disable VPN, shut down anything else using bandwidth). Then, try again and be patient. Sometimes it can take up to a minute. If it doesn't work, refresh and wait. Don't switch away from the tab. I think it needs to stay in focus. If you're still having no luck, try again later when the servers have less load.

When you get positive feedback from a giveaway you created does the extra two second reduction to malus last a full 24 hours or just until the next time the challenge resets?

The challenge is back and I still had the bonus two seconds from the giveaway, Alas my reflexes were too slow to win anything. Still nice to have the bonus though.

it's more about timings, not reflexes...
well, reflexes are important in archers mini game, yeah, but otherwise it's always timings)

Unfortunately for me my timing is just as bad as my reflexes. It looks like I'm going to have to settle for just one key per day.
