This is the watering challenge. I screwed up a bunch of times, but if you don't it's totally possible to get it with a 7-second malus. To avoid 'ghost waterings' (when watering animation plays but the tile doesn't become wet) you shouldn't instantly press left mouse button after you're done with the previous tile, instead you should let your character do at least one step (sometimes it's unnecessary, but the bug seems to be random so I'd rather do it every time).

Hoe challenge is pretty easy when you get the hang of crosshair placement, it can't be explained I think, you just gotta get used to it. If there's not much going on in the row you're going through, try to hoe two rows like I did, I am sure it's faster.

I usually barely meet the requirement (sometimes I go up to 64/67, but not that much more).
