just check for yourself, the game has the date of the last change in the lower right corner, it says 2024. The challenges stopped working somewhere back in early February, the date there was still 2021.

They changed the game significantly several times, but did not change the date and version of the changes, but now they have. I don't think they did it just for a joke. Most likely, Carnage does not really attract visitors, and the technical condition is not very good, so they tried to quickly change the already popular game to new needs. This is my opinion.
They are doing what I suggest with Dragon's Dogma 2 but they aren't advertising it like "use your silver to increase your odds of winning Dragon's Dogma 2!" Dragon's Dogma 2 is hidden behind days of games that are being given away.
