After many tries I've managed to win a key. It was for Grotesque Tactics: Evil Heroes Comp.

Have they already fixed anything else? The times I played it they gave me absolutely nothing even though I had passed the challenge

Win or lose the challenge, I don't get any completion screen. No 'sorry' screen or prizes of any sort. My dude just sadly stands there.

The only thing I would like to advise the administration is to expel the person responsible for changing the game immediately and prevent him from even taking out the trash from the office. Because such a nightmare, which was managed to be made on the foundation of an already working game, is even difficult to make specially. The game takes a very long time to load. The game ALWAYS gives an error instead of a result. The game crashes and does not load when trying to start a new game. The mobile version of the game simply does not respond to key presses in half of the cases. This person even managed to break the cursor in the main menu!

So far, I have completed the challenge 5 times since yesterday with the hope someone among the people running the site care enough to fix the broken challenge. Nothing, everytime I win gala silver the challenge goes through and my silver stacks beyong 240 (It is 294 currently), and yet, for some mysterious reason, every time I am to be awarded with a game key, my computer supposedly loses connection with the server and I get an error. Even more suspiciously, the one time I did beat the challenge and Indiegala decided my prize to be was silver instead of a key, the reward DID go through and I GOT my completion award prize which was gala silver instead of credits or a game key.

I just noticed the date and time on the bottom corner of the challenge being wrong. Could the supposed disconnect errors have something to do with miscommunication between the server and people's computers because of the time/date for the server wasn't set up properly? Noobie questiong but I've managed to fix things like mobile phone connections and failing computer programs by readjusting the time/date settings in the past.

This is not the current date and time, but the date and time of the last changes to the game

Well, it's old bug. I guess it probably happens when too much people plays game.

First a suggestion-wish (hope Indiegala reads these ):
I like the GalaSilver as before you could win nothing and was like time wasted, but the suggestion (or maybe a wish) is that they could mix these with GalaCredits, so you always win something good (i say this because i think Galacredits can only be win when you complete the challenge, but maybe i didn't understand it correctly, athough i have recieved not a single Galacredit ).

Now: i won a key, although it was already used but it was for "Beasts Battle" that i think is new (to me at least ).
Hopefully the keys will come more often .

Despite all the changes (those i don't like ): thanks Indiegala for keeping these alive and (hopefully) adding more stuff .

you were super lucky Today I tried and I won three times in a row and I haven't got any key.

I keep getting this error for several weeks now. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Supposedly I won a key, but I can't see where the key is? Looking in G. Giveaway in the Library says "Your Gameplay Giveaways list is actually empty."

Edit: I won a few more times, and it seems that even wins that award silver, also give malus. I even won two in one day, and received malus x2. On my fourth win, I did win a key, Saturday Morning RPG. This was in the G. Giveaway section of the Library.

A long time ago. But it was intermittent and fixed itself after a day or two if I remember correctly.
