I won a key. I received a letter by email. It contains a link to my profile. There is no key in the profile, only old winnings, and on other pages there are other people's winnings

By now, i would not worry too much, because, apart of other things, the Challenges do not register being part of the Steam group to reduce 1sec malus; when they fix that maybe i would consider it fixed (or when the "Play again" button does not lock the bowser and makes you restart it to unlock it ).
It's been a long time since Indiegala updated the status of the upgrade of the site; i think they should do it more often so we would be aware of the knows bugs like these, and others.

I think they (Indiegala) have a serious issue with their database and lines are getting mixed up. It's not someone stealing your keys, it's just random emails, and maybe you should avoid printing it here so they won't get spammed because of you.

As a note, I also have the SAME page on my Gameplay Giveaway results, it seems everyone has access to that specific keys page.

Some people asked support who sorted it out. For me it suddenly changed and i got the keys when i won them (but not won before).

I could not access the "G.Giveaway" section of my library for a few weeks. Now it works again, and most of my keys have been sent to some email-adresses I have never seen before!!! How is that possible? Have all my keys been stolen? Since there are several different adresses, it is obvious that this was not just a single hacker but the result of a general security-problem on the server.

EDIT:
I have checked the dates of the giveaways, and I am pretty sure I didn't even play the feudalife challenge on these days. Am I seeing someone elses givaeways???

When I try to see the keys of the giveaways I get "Server Error (500)".

Don't worry, these are not real. Somehow it is showing these weird emails to many people (me included). They are still working on fixing-updating the site, although it has been a long time since they said something.

It's the best option right now. If you get a key you won't be able to pick it up because that part of the library doesn't work (at least for me)

You can win a single prize a day (without malus) - silver, credit or a key steam. IG didn't correct the text in the message.

The problem is they keep adding more steps, and don't get any closer to actually fixing things.

Well over a month since the G. GIveaway page started showing other people's emails. Isn't this a violation of multiple privacy laws? I'm not in the EU, but I wouldn't be surprised if it goes against the GDPR. Would be a shame if someone with more time and money decided to cause a bigger stink over this. I know I don't want my email address shown to random people on this site, even if my IRL name isn't attached to it directly.

Very disappointing to see. Hopefully no one takes legal action on this.

Hey guys, just checked my library for the G. Giveaway. I think it's alright? I checked the other pages of my keys, they don't show others' emails anymore. Although there is an entire page showing the same date and time. Also was able to redeem the keys sent, so maybe you guys can start checking yours.
