I tend to play at GMT 0:00 when it resets. It does seem like luck is the deciding factor though. I tried to see if not winning made a difference, but it still locked me out. Sometimes I get in a few games. Other times it won't even let me play the first game of the day after reset.

In April I won 8 keys. In May I won 3. In June I have so far won 1. So it does seem to be getting worse over the last few months. I also won some 2c credits, but I don't keep track of how many of those I won or how much silver I win.

Seems that, if they never fix it, i will be able to play few times based on pure luck :D .

Hello, when I play, it freezes at the end. It doesn't give any prize or message (even if I lose).
Suspicious activity block kicks in after a couple of games.
Finally, I am not able to see my winnings because it says "Your Gameplay Giveaways list is actually empty." (It is not. I won and claimed games before from there.)

I see that the "suspicion" message after a couple of games is a common bug for a lot of people.
But for the other things, I tried playing with other browsers. (I normally use Google Chrome).
I contacted the support, but is there a solution that can be implemented by my side?

That's not what most people are experiencing. If you lose, you get the silver won popup.

Thank you very much, it was very informative. I haven't logged in to the website for about 1~1,5 years, so I didn't know any of this.

Suspicious activity messages do not seem to appear anymore for me as well.
And İndiegala support fixed my giveaway list.
So now I can say, freezing at the end actually stops me from winning things. (But it seems I mostly receive a message when I lose, but not always, and when I say continue, half of the time, it freezes again.) - Even if it doesn't give any games or credit, it gives me Galasilver, though. I got 1673 Galasilver on my account.

It's allowing me to play today too!!
Seems they could fix the problem? Thanks Indiegala ;) .

Also, yeah, i get the freeze when clicking "continue" (last few times i had to restart the browser xD), so i also open a new tab :) .

I've beaten the game twice, and it freezes and doesn't give me anything. It also gave me an invalid password once.
This seems like a time-wasting game. Is there anyone who can help me with these errors?
