I never said that. The opposite in fact. When you win a key, you get a popup.

And that you don't win credit when you lose.

Yes. You win silver, not credit. Credit is money, and only comes in 2c amounts.

No. If you won credits, then it was from a win, and a freeze. You won silver.

Yes I made a mistake in translating, when you win it freezes all the time except when you win a key.
But I had the popup that told me I won 2 credits, so that's when I lost.

I think the problem is you're using the word credit to mean silver. Silver is the top currency, and you use it to enter giveaways. Credit is money, and you use it to buy things from the shop.

You can see from your own pic that it says GALASILVER 3625. That is your silver amount. Then it says GALACREDIT under that $0.63, or 63c credit.

1. 125s silver. Freeze. No popup. No malus. This is the most common.
2. 2c credit. Freeze. No popup. No malus. This is rare.
3. Key. No freeze. You do get a popup telling you you won, and you get malus. This is also rare.

When you lose:
1. Up to 99s silver. No freeze. You do get a popup.

You can also lose internet connection, and you get a popup for that too, win or lose.

If you don't mind, can you take a screenshot when that happens again to you?
I have tried losing (getting all but 1 of the target score) and i always get 99GalaSilver.
Either you are confusing something or someone on Indiegala loves you and made you VIP (or i'm being super unlucky xD ).

And yeah, if you are getting credits is better to lose xD .

Does anyone know how to create a GA with a code from a game that can no longer be purchased on steam. I got it on the challenge, but I already have it and when I go to the store page, it takes me to the general store page so I can't insert the steam link?

Without Steam link it is impossible.

Yes, it was fixed a few days ago. All wins give a popup and malus.

When I try to take the challenge it freezes when I press challenge and I'm using Microsoft Edge.
Any solution?

Is working pretty bad for me today (was fine yesterday).
Loads slow, no music, and if i complete the challenge it gives me error but gets my GalaSilver .
Hopefully it does not last long .

I managed a luck to visit me like 3 weeks ago, now it feels like its broken or its just my luck?
Playing it daily (and winning).

Also tree cutting challenge.... seems impossible to finish.

Everything else are doable.

Had to install chrome to run it there smoother, firefox barely works.

By "something" you mean game keys or GalaCredit? Yeah, these are not common, maybe you can get 1 a couple of days and none for a week or so. Totally random.

About the cutting trees, i can only do them if i have no malus, otherwise i can't .

Yes i meant game keys, i get that its suppose to be rare and stuff, but its just weird, i won pretty decent game right away, then nothing

No, i mean even without malus penalty, theres no time. Or maybe im doing it wrong, i noticed tree sizes does that matter on time needed to cut them ? I thought that watering flowers was impossible, but apparently its the trees. I literally skip that challenge.
