Hey everyone, i won a challange and got only a key that cant be activated because it isnt a real one or idk...
A little bit suspect because its my first time that happened to me :/

Its invalid , ask the staff for replacement , I usually ask Paula, if you aply for replacement now you will probably get a random key tommorow

happened to me as well, I emailed support about it and they replaced the key (I got Blockstorm in return). But it really strange, I checked your key with the console and although it says "Invalid product code" the response page still tells me it's for a game called "Paranormal". Now the key that I had that was invalid was this 98IXR-2KCZJ-AY62B and do you want to guess what the console says? "Paranormal" as well. My theory is these keys were once valid but then something happened and the developer asked Steam to invalidate a whole batch

How did your console show response page? You activate your key with Activate Product...then you see messeage about used code and then check in console? I got another used key but it looks like its a dlc or something, bcs i get Activate original game first msg, trying to figure out for which game code is.

you need to do it through the web browser, not the Steam app - it will tell you what the game is regarddless of wheter it's dulicate ,invalid, working, DLC.... Here is a guide created by one of the members here, not sure who it was anymore (apologies to the creator, I can't seem to post a link so I'm posting a screenshot of the origina guide instead)

Thank you, my key is for Magicka DLC. Supposed working DLC keys are not eligible to change for diferent key.

Anyone getting "Giveaway locked due suspicious activity"? I've been trying several times on the last hour(s). I could play one and then the message.

no but you can create a giveaway for it on the main site. That's what most of us do with these keys, create giveaways and get XP to raise level for giveaways (not sure you use those). However, the giveaway system is kind of broken since last week so I'm holding onto my keys for a little while and when it's fixed I'll give them aways - someone will be happy to win it and I'll get XP

the big and the nasty right there. It's a relatively rare bug (never happened to me in 5 months I've been on this website), where you can't really do anything. I think I've only seen it in the hoeing challenge (just as it happened for you), so you should be okay to progress to next challenge. Too bad about the map thought, it looks like a beatable one

This may happen if you move faster than the countdown reaches 0 or it is internal error in Indiegala database. I call it bad luck.

Can't believe they still haven't fixed positive feedback not deducting malus nor the feedback in general,

"Trouble connecting to servers" error twice today -> challange won YES, malus received YES, key in library NO on the positive side at least it's not "suspicious activity" anymore

I got "suspicious activity" once today, but luckily it went away after reloading.
Also, I've been fooling around with the archers challenge and if you get killed you can get a "you didn't win" message immediately followed by "Trouble connecting to servers"
