it was open yesterday for about 3 hours. I'm in eastern Europe, it was open around noon for me yesterday. I guess the promotion during which the giveaway was open non-stop is over now, so you'll have to check the website more often now

Got another 8/9 on archers with 16 malus due to the death animation adding an extra second for it to count.

hate to report that this is a thing again
anybody else's library looks like this today? (the keys are all used already, don't bother trying them). Had this happen about 6 weeks or so ago, where native IP would produce this ostracity but a VPN would display correctly, not sure what's up with that (only used VPN to check it, I'm not actively using it as it might be against Terms and conditions)

The whole site(or at least pages with new design) is busted up like this for me in Firefox today, loads fine in Chrome though. I didn't check how the Library looks in Chrome because it takes me dozens of reloads for the Library to actually load instead of giving a 500 server error, but that's been a problem for several months, and support doesn't even want to talk to me about

oh, you're right, thanks for telling me. The last time it happened, Chrome was just as bad so didn't try it. I have no problem with Chrome, except the casual error 500 sometimes. What were those problems you talk about exactly ?

This was an issue experimented with Firefox related to an optimization we made on css code. We fixed it now it should display normally on Firefox as well. Can you please confirm?

Chrome worked for me as well yesterday, but about 2 months ago I had the same "scrambled page" problem from my screenshot in Chrome as well (but it must have been a different cause of the problem back then because using VPN solved the scrambled thing and one other user from Germany confirmed here that their native German IP got them the scrambles but a VPN got them working website.) Anyway all those issues are now solved, thankfully

same, both my unclosed giveaways have been given positive (I'm about 99% it was done by staff, not the winners, so thanks to staff/support for that). As for malus, I can't confirm because I noticed too late that my feedback is there, but I'll start creating giveaways again (I just did not want to bother support all the time if the automatic feedback is not working fully, since plenty of members just don't give me my feedback).
On a related note, there is a new section in the FAQ here About IndieGala Giveaways & Duplicate Steam Keys — IndieGala help & documentation portal 1.0 documentation TL;DR duplicate keys from gameplay giveaway are will no longer be replaced by support. Not sure if it helps anymore, but if anyone still wants to contribute to the masterpost here Feudalife challenge duplicate keys MASTERPOST you can, it's at least interesting to see which games are the most likely to be duplicates, in case you worry about negative feedback for your giveaways it can be informative to know which keys you are very likely to get negatives for

Have a positive giveaway that ended on 19 Nov 2020, 12:39 (as seen Completed Created on the Giveaway profile/library page), no 1 sec malus reduction. So that seems to still be bugged.

Since we will no longer receive replacement keys, nor credits in case we get visual bug on quizzes , with the extra breathing support staff will have now, I really hope they will improve overall site and make both quiz and giveaway challenge bug-free.

True , the number of duplicates lately is insane just check the Feudalife challenge duplicate keys MASTERPOST
I get at least one duplicate every day.
