By "refresh the page" do you mean feudalife.indiegala.com, if so then theres nothing there, its just empty, and the page just says:
This site can’t provide a secure connection
feudalife.indiegala.com sent an invalid response.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

And yeah when I cleared browser cache I select "All time" so its all gone.

Same for me, nothing in the console, data cleared for "All time"

Its definitely back to normal speed, also had "Fetching user data" for every challenge.
It stopped working on my 2nd cycle, on the 4th challenge, with "Fetching user data" taking up to 30seconds but the "Please wait..." window before the menu pops up just kept going for a minute+ so I'll check back tomorrow.
Yeah, it's back to the old speed. Kinda miss the dope rush now.

Hi all.

sorry for the issues.

- About the 'fetching user data':
The challenge machine was under very heavvy load during these holiday days ( as you can imagine ;-) ) We experimented tens of thousands of challenges played per hour. So we did a resize of the server. everything seems back to normal.
We are monitoring the situation now.

Write here for further issues.

- About people reporting ERR_SSL or other different errors:

We recently changed the server where feudalife subdomain is hosted.
If your machine still has old DNS info stored, you may want to clear browser cache and, if it does not help, flush dns info.

this should fix the problem

I've done everything that has been suggested up to this point and still sit with the message "Please wait" and my browser message telling me that a window is slowing it down. Been that way ever since the change.

This is because you probably changed ip or account ( different accounts / same IP )
Ban is temporary, anyway.
I get same thing, but sometimes i get challenge button and then i am stuck on Please Wait... Site worked fine for me until you guys changed/update site. Its been a week for me since challenge is broken for me....
I cleared my DNS, site data etc...

Everyone having ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR needs to clear completely browser cache ( all data, if you want to be 100% sure not just few days )
If you follow this procedure you can clear all data in chrome

If you open the chrome dev tools console you should be able to find the error.
If you still get the ERR_SSL then it means you already have the ( old ) cache page.
did you completely follow the cache clear procedure ( i mean checking all the checkboxes ? )

I tried on my default Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi and fresh installed Brave, cleared cache, flushed DNS, provider must have changed my IP in one week (not sure) and i am stuck on Please Wait.
