Deleted cache and cookies like the instruction said, SSL error still there.

Even got out an older laptop that hadn't used chrome before, installed the newest version, cleared SSL cache, cleared all data just to be extra sure but also get the error there :/

Finally started working for me, got four keys, and it feels like 6 not only because of the new difficulty, but also because neither was a duplicate! And for some reason I now have more Magicka DLCs than many dedicated maniacs. :)

Thanks for the work to bring the giveaway to us even now, and have a merry Christmas!

I've done everything I can.

Cleared cache. Flushed DNS cache. Turned off IPv6. Nothing works.

This last time I did all that and tried to log in from the main indigala page I was met with an error that says it violated security. I had to log in through the feudalife challenge page to even get in. Don't know what else...

After flushing DNS I got it to work again but the game itself runs much slower (ie: slower cutting trees, mining rocks, even hoeing)

Will this be reverted back to how it was or was this a secret nerf to make it even more challenging to get a win despite the malus penalty? 😕

Edit: After winning 5 challenges I ended up only getting 2 keys before the game began getting stuck on "Fetching user data..." or "please wait." Bruh.

UPDATE: They re-nerfed "Pickling" and re-buffed "Hoeing" 😬

One more thing about what I said yesterday, the "Sickling" challenge now has tufts of grass that can be removed with one sickle stroke.
ANOTHER UPDATE: They re-nerfed all the challenges, maybe even "Hoeing" a little bit
Does anybody know if they fixed malus reduction in case you get positive feedback?
I received a positive feedback, obviously they didn't fix it...after a month and a half...

Is anyone able to do challenge or has done challenge for the last couple days?/how many people can/can't? I haven't been able to do it for the last couple days. What about that IPV4-6 business?

For me challenge is broken for at least 1 week. Tried DNS flush and cleared cache, because these methods are first thing to troubleshoot in these cases, IPv6 shouldnt be crucial... The problem in on their site if you ask me. Worked fine for me until they cut me off, i didnt even won that many keys.:ROFLMAO::LOL:
Merry Christmas everyone. 😘

I can do them only by changing ipv6/ipv4, whatever device i use from wherever place i am. Sometimes there is the non appearing start button issue, but it always appears after a few tries.

How does one do that in Linux?

@ricirick I checked feudalife.indiegala.com on SSL Labs and there might be something for you to look into.
First off, the IP adressess for feudalife.indiegala.com are as following, according to multiple DNS servers (I checked Cloudflare, Google and 9Quad, also from multiple devices and networks to make sure there is no DNS cache issue):

A (IPv4): 45.79.248.227
AAAA (IPv6): [2a01:7e01:0:0:f03c:92ff:fe15:ad5a]

SSL Labs, when checking feudalife.indiegala.com, shows seperate results for both IP adresses:

45.79.248.227 is doing fine with TLS 1.3 and 1.2 support. I can confirm this on my side since I can directly connect to that IP and land on the usual feudalife website.

For [2a01:7e01:0:0:f03c:92ff:fe15:ad5a], the test returns "Assessment failed: No secure protocols supported". Directly connecting to this IP throws the SSL error.

When I check tracert feudalife.indiegala.com, my ISP (Telekom Germany) is routing me over to [2a01:7e01:0:0:f03c:92ff:fe15:ad5a], and thus trying to access feudalife.indiegala.com throws the SSL error. Only when I deactivate IPv6 on my network adapter (or use an internet connection by another provider that has not deployed IPv6, e.g. O2/Telefonica Germany), I get routed towards 45.79.248.227, and the site loads fine when accessing the URL.

My guess is that, since you said there was a change in host server, something might have gone wrong in regards to the IPv6 TLS setup in the process. Since IPv6 is not widely deployed yet for some reasons (according to Google, worldwide deployment rate of roughly 30%, only Germany, Belgium, India and Malaysia have a deployment rate of over 50%), this would also explain why only a few users are getting consistent problems in regard to the SSL error while many others can access the page without problems.

My gameplay giveaway page just says Fetching user data and hasn't loaded. It's been like 10 mins already. Anyone having this issue as well?

Hello, yeah, me too. I won a challenge this morning but got an error message and then when trying to do a second one, i got this famous fetching user data message...
