As kirbybuddy said it could be Office 2010 it has 27 character key. I was reading that in order to activate it you need to have the office cd rom aswell:
"Office 2010 is no longer supported. However, if you still want to install it, you'll need an Office 2010 installation disc and product key for the version you're trying to install."

Today I got one 3 keys: Critical Mass, Dead Hungry Diner (already won before) and one used key.
I'm getting better with sapling and hoeing, I completed both and archer at the end with -12 malus I was about to complete this with -18 but it's really hard I missed one half second. Still can't complete tha plant from rework and flowers stage. Flower stage seems the hardest for me.

have you tried Steam? I have received 2 such keys, and both were for Steam (as freakill says, they were greed corp keys)
I think that I also received a key that was completely without dashes, but I can't really trust my memory - these might be winnable as well and they work

Today while playing the rock stage I discovered that I can sing along the song " Twinkle twinkle litte star" to be perfectly in time It's a 14 notes song divided by 2 breaks, so it's 7 notes / pause / 7 notes, seven like hits you need to break the rock this is the song:

Man I really appreciate the giveaways and all and once you get use to the minigames some are not so bad that you can do them with ease but its a little bit frustrating to get three dupicate codes three days in a row. I just try to win one and thats that, Im not good enough on the minigames to just play them with the 4 seconds penalty thing so yeah, one a day but yeah, three duplicate codes in three days.

what should i do?

Just received exactly the same formated, 27-characters long key.
Is it possible that the key belongs to some other storefront or is it just some inexplicable [yet rigidly structured] error?

most stores/launchers have already been tried by a different user, save yourself the trouble Feudalife challenge duplicate keys MASTERPOST
a couple pages back somebody concluded it was probably an MS office activation? but why would Indiegala have MS office keys... we just don't know what these are for, but plenty of people have won them

Watering challenge used to be fair, now I refresh the page to skip it. The proximity watering was a good enough compensation for having to wait until the plants grow, but now it's just a shambles.

does it feel like the hoeing challenge was tweaked to anybody else? My guy did the empty animation (the one when you turn too fast and "miss") even when going in a straight line today, I played the challenge 3 times and the empty animation happened like 20% of the time without turning at all, just going in the same direction the whole time

Got some double-hits on archers today, happenned more frequently than crits and are pretty much the same.
Likely a bug, out of the 8 archers that I managed to get, it happened on maybe 3 of them, and if you get a crit along with one of these then they die in ""one"" swing.

Also being a member of the Indiegala steam group now gives a 1 second malus reduction. You probably need to have your steam account linked, you can do this by going to your Library -> Wallet & Settings -> Accounts, theres a link to join the group there too.

EDIT: Ok, just got to another archer round, and out of 8 archers, it happenned on 5 of them.
Also, the archer challenge now feels "smoother", and that might be what is causing the double-hits, they now run away after shooting their bow, while previously you could almost always stun-lock them if you kept hitting them.

I can confirm this, more double hits and the archer can escape easily.
It's nice the 1 sec bonus for IG steam group. Haven't tried yet, I'm member since years on Steam but haven't linked yet the account here.
@cheerie132 haven't notice nothing of strange in hoeing today but in past it happened to me what you described.

"Data İnconsistancy" problem continues.
Only on "Tree Chopping" Challenge. Not on any other one. Only at chopping challenge and everyday; one or two times and maybe if ı am lucky a third time it does happen.
And most disturbing thing is; it does not happen when ı didn't win. İt gives Galacredit normally.
Sometimes character doesn't move or something like that is happen but if ı didn't win in the end; it will not say "Data İnconsistancy". İt is not feel like that; it happens because of luck, because; i do not remember the time that it happened another challenge for me(İt might been happen on past but ı do not remember.) or data inconsistancy when ı didn't win.
I do not have a problem with watering challenge becoming harder or something but this; feels like on purpose.

Note:
There is a bug on "Hoeing" challenge. İt is been happening from the start but ı didn't give a feedback about it. The bug: while you move and hoe at the same time; Character stop, hoeing animation happen but no effect, no hoeing "or" it does make what it gonna make to back square to front square. For example: character move to side direction and there is two side to side place. One is with grass and one is dirt. Your square past the grass and you click at dirt but nothing happen "or" Your square does past the dirt and you hoe the grass and it does turn into "hoed dirt", instead of normal dirt. Mostly; it do nothing.

The archers appear to shoot much faster now. Getting double hits on the archers is also strange. It'll take some getting used to.

Yes archers are more baddass now but not so much, need to get used of it too. If you mean by frame drops the slow down hitting from time to time, it is normal.

Yes, you have to link your Steam account for this to work.
