Yes, you have to ask support by mail, who will ask their IT team, and they'll wipe every entry. It takes time and a few reminders as it's not a very urgent matter for them, but it's so good to have your account loading in 5 seconds after that... They should add a button so we can do it ourselves (can be dangerous though).

They divided the G. Giveaway section into pages recently and now the library is loading in 5-15 seconds for me. Before that update it was taking me up to 30-40 seconds with an occasional error 500. So a large amount of wins shouldn't be making the library unusable anymore.

I actually asked them 2 weeks to wipe all entries , but they rejected saying its not possible at the moment. But considering the update Freakill mentioned that won't be necessary since my loading is fast despite having almost 1000 keys.

It's good they did this feature, good for us so we'll load faster, but they'll also have less ressources use on their servers too, i'm sure that will have a good impact.

On mobile, the challenges are completely unplayable. The game needs to be scaled down in size. The game screen should be a %value of the phone screen instead of a specific pixel value. Phones that are 720p or less (most are 720p) are not suitable for this game. Not to mention that Feudalife runs like garbage on Chrome.

Archer Challenges are TOO random...
Some archers never shoot until I kill it...
Some shoots once per second...
Some act like they will not shoot and suddenly exclamation mark appears and shoot before I can even run.

And what's happening to the malus?
It doesn't decrease or increase from 7s for weeks.

There is not an exact time of closure. Usually I find it open in the morning from 10 am but I think it's open even before. Sometimes they close in the morning too at that time until about 1pm, then they suddenly open it again. I think they close when they have to do some updates or when they're low with keys.

Go to the home page of indiegala and click on " Win a free steam key". Then you will see the status of the feudalife challenge. The challenge isn't open 24/7. For example, now it says "The gameplay giveaway will be back in a few hours". So it's not open now.

You have to hit the score before the time ends. Nothing else matters. It is frustrating, because you "finished" but not in the time limit.

Has anyone tested what the minimum score is to be eligible for gala credit reward? Especially when the malus is high, I'm wondering if it becomes impossible to earn beyond a certain point. Also to stop trying so hard with impossible challenges...
