Hello! I won a strange key in feudalife challenges, it have a look XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXX. Where is the key from? I tried to activate on Steam, it didn't work. Also tried on Origin and Epic , i didn't work too

I've asked support and got no answer. I think an old post in the forum said it could have been a coupon code of some kind. Or it could be for a defunct service like desura. Or even a software serial. There's no way to tell. Treat those keys like duplicates, there's no replacement or guarantee with what you win unfortunately.

They key could be for Microsoft Office 2010. I received one a while back that was 27 digits, and I believe that's what it was for.

They key could be for Microsoft Office 2010. I received one a while back that was 27 digits, and I believe that's what it was for.

I'll try it when I get the chance. Maybe you're right. Thanks for the answer Btw, MS Office 2013 used a key contains 25 symbols.

Not 100% sure on this, but I think the malus reduction bonuses last for 24 hours, so if you get a positive feedback at 8a.m. today it would last until 8a.m. tomorrow.

If they are for Office 2010, they are useless now.

I think they would work with a physical copy of the software. They won't work through Microsoft's website.

So I guess if I receive positive feedback right now I could use it for tomorrow at the reset

Malus reduction from a Positive feedback made by your giveaway last for 24 hours, from the time the feedback was given. So say you get the feedback at 8a.m today (day 1) it will last until 7.59am the next day (day 2). So if your play overlap say day 1 at 5pm and the day 2 at 2am you essentially get that feedback spread across your 2 day's worth of play. However if the challenge is closed from say 12am till 9am you will only get to benefit from malus reduction on day 1. So I usually pray that my feedback comes to me during a time where I can benefit for 2 days worth of play

Oh, I see. Automatic feedback counts? The other day I got one and didn't even last 24 hours. The challenges closed at the time I usually play and when I had the chance to play again I lost the reduction even though it was still before the 24 hours

Yes, automatic feedback gets you 24h malus reduction as well. I tested it a bit in the past and automatic feedback seems to happen at 11:40 GMT. So it takes 3 days + however long remains until 11:40 GMT. Which means, that if you make a giveaway at noon for example, you'll actually have to wait almost four days to get your automatic feedback.
