They closed it almost as soon as I logged in today. Only did 1 win for the day and that's it

spend all credit to reset malus to 0s, then when i clicked to play, the game open in hoe challenge, after i walk 2 tiles the pop up ''you dont have galacredit to play'' game shutdown, and i'm wasted my points to reset for nothing: the malus reset to original time countdown and my points gone.

Playing one or two hours before the daily reset is a risky option. Most of the time, if they didn't close the challenges at a different time of the day, there's a big chance that they're keeping it closed for at least 15 hours countring from the reset.

So most likely we'll have to wait until tomorrow

Never spend galacredits to reset the malus, way better to spend them on the store.

There are no refunds/replacements for duplicate keys in the gameplay giveaway currently, unfortunately. There is a thread on this forum for reporting them, but it is currently only for keeping statistics of which games have the most duplicate keys. Hopefully your next win will be a valid key!
