Okay, so you would have to do a store purchase + bundle purchase (2 separate purchases) and get a positive giveaway feedback while being in the Steam group to get 0 malus? And this has to be within the same day? :unsure: I am not fulfilled in any of those 4😅

Joining the steam group it's free so you can do it.
Doing giveaways it's better since you win at least two more games (you give one giveaway for a 24 hour -2 malus, that means at least a win more for 2 days, for the price of a single game you already have).
Store purchase are worth it for games that are worth less than 30 cents (sometimes they appear).
Bundle purchase to reach a 0 malus it's kind of...not efficient, but cool. It's better to reach a -2 malus with 19 cents for 15 days spending 2.85 (10 x 15 games) than spending around 2.85$ for a 0 malus (24 x 2 games).

Yeah you need to get them all to get 0 malus.

Narga95 already made some good points, but here's some from me:
Bundle purchase I only reccommend if theres a game you want in the bundle;
Joining the Steam Group (Library->Wallet&Setting->Join Steam Group), you might also need to link your steam account.

Its 4 duplicates now, since "20- Men of War: Red Tide Comp" turned out to be one. 17 might also be a dup, but at least that Sacred Gold key was good (already got it checked).

Does anyone have the same problem?

I have 50 galasilver (at the moment), and until yesterday it wasn't necesary to purchase galacredits to play the gameplay giveaway feudalife challenges.

Already tried to reload the page, logout, and delete the browser's cookies, but nothing changes.
