Because you have to go to the giveaways from this page: https://www.indiegala.com/gameplay-giveaway
If you use directly your link (Feudalife | Try the luck win Steam keys or GalaCredit) you will get the error when the challenges are down.
Someone should stick this thing for newbies, since it always seems to be a problem.

Also, I tried the challenges now, and no key/mail whatsoever. It was up for a short time.
EDIT mail for today's key arrived after some minutes
EDIT after a while, yesterday's keys arrived with today's date
