You got a duplicate key , bad luck , but if it makes you feel better literally everyone gets them here and there. The support does not replace them anymore. Only thing you can do is post the key here Feudalife challenge BAD/FAULTY/NOT-WORKING/INVALID keys masterpost (error message: this product code was already activated by a different account)

Well I had 8 malus before that's why I used 150 galasilver to reduce it to 5, 'cause all I can get a day is two keys, one with 0 malus and one with 5, that's my limit lol
Edit: the game is down, there is no way to know now.

How do you know which game the key is for ? You have to enter the game url to do the giveaway isn't it?

Hey I am not able to play the challenges for several days now. Sometimes it does not even load and says fetching data and sometimes it says not enough galacredits. What should I do to solve it?
I have been able to play it only at midnight.

If you try activate a key you already own, Steam says you own it and tries to start installation of that game - then you know what game the key is for. However, this is unreliable because it could also be a DLC key for that game instead of the full game. A more accurate way is to use the browser's inspection tool, see this discussion: Random DLC key :: Gamecode.win

"Not enough galacredits" and "Fetching data" can both mean the game has a maintenance break, however "fetching data" is sometimes also a temporary problem that might get fixed by reloading the page.

Previously the game has often been open briefly at around 1am UTC, but recently it has not been. Afterwards, the game sometimes opens again around noon UTC (or a little before or after) for several hours.

It's annoying how they managed to make the hoeing challenge worse. This game always had slippery control, but that speed buff it's more like a nerf.
Before the tweaks one single simple tap could make you do two steps rather than one, so you had to be really careful with your moves, but with the current speed that problem is more frequent and makes the challenges that requires precise and quick movement harder to complete with malus.
