For me 6 is the hardest so far - either I'm looking in the wrong places or something... Whatever I can find / think of - either they all fit or more than 1 don't fit the criteria... Maybe I'm just overthinking it and it's something blatantly obvious?

My guess is about language family:
Indo-European: FR, EN, ES
Sino-Tibetan: ZH

Edit: The answer was Mandarin. Almost close.

Well that wasn't too bad, the only one that I had associated wrongly was the 2nd question. Thought it was about location or time zone. Luckily Vegas was still the correct answer.

Hell, I didn't even know that badgers are nocturnal since I've only ever seen them filmed in daylight.

In regards of "the odd one out", does that really matter?
3 hibernates, 1 doesn't.
Then again.... I can agree that 3 are nocturnal and 1 ain't as well.
Personally though, I've only ever seen hedgehogs moving around in my yard during daytime, never at night.

That's also my case, but then again, I didn't quite hunt for them in the night either, to make sure. At least, if we were to base it on our Sonic knowledge, he'd be out during the day most of the time. I guess odd one out can matter with the proper context given in the question.

All in all, this approach wasn't too bad, maybe a bit more work. In my opinion, it still needs some more polish though. Need some additions to the hints to lower ambiguity,

@mr-gentleman For question 2, did you take into account that the 3 wrong answers are all on the east coast, and in the same time zone, or was it just a lucky coincidence, that Vegas was correct?
