I am not a Star trek fan... and after this quiz... still no fan.

thanks for the quiz, I liked the question format - very concise (like: "Actor: Khan in Wrath of Khan"). I have no way to check now but was hint for question 7 wrong? I thought hint 7 said "ST 4 year" but the question was "ST 6 year" so I got that wrong, anybody else? (cause in roman numbers 4=IV and 6=VI so an easy mistake to make?)

There is really something fucked up about the font used for hints, its high time to change it for something readable.
Hint 4 i read STS, assumed it was Star Trek 5, hence William Shatner as director which was in the propositions.
Not speaking about Hint 7 stating ST4, not fking STVI

Well, that was a total mess....

Noticeable delay on Q1, but otherwise a decent quiz, except for Q7

I may have pretty much 0 knowledge of anything Star Trek, but I do know my numbers, both Latin and Roman.
ST4 = Star Trek 4 = Star Trek IV = The Voyage Home
NOT Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country


I got lucky on Q5 and managed to lock in my answer with 1 second left on the clock (shoddy notes on my end), but my 9/10 this time around was not my own fault.


Edit: Can't even blame the font on this one, as the pixellated 4 doesn't resemble a pixellated 6 in the slightest.

But yes, the font should've been changed ages ago. It has caused many an error on the participants' end.
Just do a search for "font" in this thread and you'll find multiple mentions of it.

Yup.... the upper case S and 3 are identical with the font chosen for the hint mini-game, and nigh indistinguishable from 8

Yep, my error this time, was hint 3 : Actor Director STS
I don't have a screenshot of it though.

My only wrong answer was Q7, because of wrong hint.
They shouldn't count it.
