You still have a chance of getting in 100-list and getting a bonus in the end...You know if you are going to remove giving back the credits when quiz is bugged , what is the point of competing in the first place
I had visual bug on first question so no credits for me , wasn't just visual
It's not like you get the bug in every quiz. You know if you are going to remove giving back the credits when quiz is bugged , what is the point of competing in the first place

My guess as well.My guess, people started to abuse the bug and tried to get free credit, so it was stopped until a strategy to deal with it can be developed.
I guess, by photoshopping screens to send to support to get credits even when they were legitimately wrong with answers and not just affected by the bug...how people were abusing it exactly, how does that work
People ruin everything don't theyI guess, by photoshopping screens to send to support to get credits even when they were legitimately wrong with answers and not just affected by the bug...

You take the fame , I'll take the moneyFor fame and honor, what else!
Points were never added postquizously so this is a welcome change.
You could also vouch for distributing the seasonal prizes by total score ("constant participation award") instead of giving more money practically just to those who already got the quiz prize money, but that has some other problems.

That's quite possible. I also think they may have decided to stop since they were consistently going over budget on quiz prize money (and that can add up to quite a sum over time). So once they polished the system enough that a whole third or half of participants wouldn't get shafted they stopped overspending.I guess, by photoshopping screens to send to support to get credits even when they were legitimately wrong with answers and not just affected by the bug...
And that's why we can never have good things to last. Same with the keys from the game.
If I recall correctly, the quiz bugs happen when your request either doesn't reach the server or the server response doesn't reach you. So I think it stands to reason that their logs wouldn't have you answering.Doesn't IG have logs of who participated and answered which questions right/wrong.
It makes 0 sense to deny any requests.

Logs might not be very human-readable(probably won't have a username, but an id, maybe even not that, as we don't know how the quiz is built and what is logged).Obviously the logs won't show an answer on exactly and only that problematic question and for which with visual proof you could validly request a correction.
