Could someone give me a hint for the guard puppies (Hint 5) ?

I'm not the least certain, but perhaps it has something to do with a theory that appeared in 2020 (the theme of today's quiz) regarding the domestication of dog and canine evolution.

That means you doing your search wrong - there is exactly one game published by IG in 2020 - on Steam.
I'm not sure what other 3 answer options will be in the real quiz, but if you really truly can't find your answer by search right now - maybe going backwards "by elimination" will work?

Finally found it. I have NO idea what in the world I was doing wrong to have not gotten that result before now.

Edit: Nevermind, my mouth-breather self figured it out. I was on a browser where I was logged into Steam, and the game is actually on my wishlist, which I have set not to show when browsing steam store. I hid the answer from myself. How Shakespearean.

I think I've solved hint 5. Three clues: (a) it has something to do with gaming; (b) take the phrase "guard puppies" and find synonyms for both words; (c) find an ancient military unit that had 4,000-6,000 men.

Does it even matter? AFAIK Past quizzes only really picked on Academy awards(Oscars), but these aren't out yet for movies released this year.
