You need to earn as much points as possible from all quizes in one season. Maximum from one quiz is 550 points.

Example: Season has 10x quizes. Your best score will be 10x550. And with some luck you will be in Top 100.
(i am not sure how you can be in Top 100 if more people will have best score - example: 111 people will have 10x550. What will happen to 11 of them???)

Plus, the prize seems to be only $25 now. I'm relatively new here, but I think it used to be $50 and sometimes $100 and even $200.

This was recently announced, now I am wondering if that will affect quizzes having smaller prizes and smaller bonuses , I would rather have it the old way , but can't really complain since its free .

perhaps it's another quiz that was prepared by a community member, like that "Simpsons treehouses of horror episodes trivia quiz" - the prize was also $25 there and somebody (either Steven or the quiz creator, can't remember) said that the prize was $25 precisely because it was "experimental quiz" not prepared by the Quizmaster. guess you'll see soon enough if it is a community quiz
