Short answer yes.
Long answer, there was even lower once, I think 1 or 3 cents, but that time only quiz creator and I think 2 other memebers tested out the quiz in order too see if it works, cause previous quiz went + they made some new changes.

Well , I think I said in my previous posts that I think the new gameplay update will affect quizzes in negative way , it is what it is . We are still getting all of this for free , and for that ty Indiegala

Maybe the Quizmaster has finally seen the light and end-of-season prize will be bigger and distributed better (i.e. based on total season score, not just top-100).

Or the quizgoblins robbed the bank.

That would be bad for now cause allot off people get glitches that affect their score. When this glitches are fixed then that wouldn't be bad.

Not really. In the long run bugs happen to everyone, so if bigger grand prize is distributed by total season score most of those bugs cancel each other out. After all, a single bug (say, 540 points) gives you zilch (difference of 100 percent) from a single quiz so that should be rationale to keep a single quiz prize low. But if season prize is distributed by total score it doesn't really matter in the end if your season score is 5500 or 5490 (difference of 0.2 percent).

They should ensure that quiz is more stable before giving end - of - season prizes , some users lose more that 10 points , but thats just my opinion.

Well, even if you lost a whole quiz (550 points) in the end you'd still be getting at least (may vary if nobody scores a perfect season) 90 % (varies depending on the season length, example uses ten rounds) of the season prize. Whereas now you'd be hard pressed to be among the top-100 if you missed a single whole quiz.

Another aspect is that as top-100 is a fixed number you get nothing for scoring 10 points below the 100th. If there were 102 players with a perfect season, now that'd be rewarding.
