What a buggy mess. Now the timer on the main page is completely different to the one on the quiz site...and those prizes 19 Dollar, 11 Dollar, no winners for the 14.00 o clock one? Come one...

the last 2 i played before the long break to fix the quiz i got all right, all marked green on my screen but didnt get any rewards for them

now 1st time i play again after they "fix" their issues, i get a question and i dont even get a timer or nothing, just pops up like i didnt check any of the answer s... what a mess

i dont even care about the prizes, just dont freaking waste my time on this broken bs

In question 5, all answers was not clickable for me. And after the countdown all the answers looks like pressed. I try to press only button with right answer -2019.
But I win this quiz and get money. It's strange.

I had all correct but the last which I anwered correctly but the Quiz thinks it's wrong.

The Question was: What is the most abundant Element on Earth
Answered: Oxygen

And it said it's wrong and Hydrogen is correct.

But Hydrogen is the most abundant in the Universe not on Earth, on Earth Oxygen is the most anbundant.

This thread is for feedback that helps us understand dynamics that , due the particular nature of the app, can show up only in production environment.

Last quiz ( the one we ran at 8.30 PM ) we saw a completion rate of 98% of participants which is a significant improvement ( with previous glitch we just had an average of 61% in various stress tests ).

We will continue work and investigate remaining glitches.

I had the same issue as Lora_L, but on the question asking what the current month is. I couldn't click the right answer, when the timer ran out I received feedback for all four options (three x's, one check), and even still I was considered a winner at the end.

I have few questions.

1. when you say ' I couldn't click the right answer,' you mean you clicked a wrong one, or no click at all?

2. In case you clicked wrong one, Could it be possible that you clicked a wrong one then immediately the right one?

3. If not 2, would it be possible that you clicked the right answer when timer was zero?

1. I tried to click the correct answer "May" about 20 times but it never registered that I clicked it. I didn't try to click any of the other answers.
2. I only ever clicked the "May" answer.
3. I clicked it the first time at around 7 or 8 seconds. Sometimes there is a delay after I click before the answer gets highlighted so I waited a couple seconds. When it never highlighted I clicked it again and again until the time ran out.

I didn't have this issue at all on any of the other questions.

I did the same as you, to be honest in the quiz question it states the universe and not earth, the problem is I answered before even reading the question well, based on the last hint I was expecting it to be about the elements on the earth's crust.

I've been enjoying the quizzes when I catch them! The system has certainly improved since the earlier quizzes. In one of the early quizzes, I got all of the questions correct (and it displayed them as being correct), but I wasn't listed as a "winner" and I was given only 530 points. Lol, never understood why, but it doesn't really bother me. It was annoying when the quizzes were frequently rescheduled, or when they would not load at all.

I also like the difficulty of the quizzes (quite easy, especially with the hints). It might be nice to have some quizzes that are hard, and some that are easy, for a chance to get a better reward.

Overall, I'm very grateful for the opportunity to get free credit, without much work. It does encourage me to check the site and deals more often. Thanks Indiegala!

question #6 "human genome question" was bug?
humans have "23" chromosome pairs.
i choose "23" but incorrect. (21,22,24=red 23=green) (#6 was cross mark)
but after quiz ended, all questions correct and i got prize.
i think it was bug.

tAKa, I think it's only a visual bug. Yesterday I got a question who I got right, but visually appeared as wrong (same case as yours). In the end I still got all 10 questions right, and I got the reward.

9/10 today. Missed the chromosome pairs one (answered 21). Congrats to the winners though!

Hi all.

Last week we worked franticly to resolve the 2 biggest problems affecting the quiz
those are, as you may remember:
- concurrency problems who caused some answers to not being recorded
- slow processing for winners selection

in our internal tests the quiz now run smoothly and we are confident to launch a new quiz by monday evening or maximum tuesday evening Rome time.

Until then, sorry we prefer to not launch any quiz to avoid bugs that could disappoint you.

I think that the biggest problem still the quiz not starting for a lot of people, but I hope that gets better. <3
I don't know if it would solve, but a suggestion, a confirmation tab that opens 5 minutes before the Quiz starts that go to another tab or just confirm the presence.

We discovered that many users think the quiz is not started for them but in reality they are not logged(!).

You can only play if you are logged in.

Probably we need to highlight this better.

I wait in the page "https://www.indiegala.com/quiz?ref=quizstripe" for the timer runs out, but when it overs it prints "-1 -1 -1 -1" in white circles. So I refresh the page everything is the same. If I wait to refresh I join the quiz but everything is blanck, no questions, no choices, like it didn't start. I wait forever and nothing change, so I refresh again and go back to the last winners and timer. ~? Sadness and Sorrow ?~ lol

Hope that was clear, I don't want to be annoying, just trying to help to be a good system

Absolutely. Mistake on behalf of the question-maker and my only "mistake", unfortunately. Now, technique works, but humans doing the questions and answers making mistakes. FEDEx Grounds Logo is Blue and ORANGE not Green, Indiegala. Some apology somewhere?

I've, so far, never not had issues with this game. Today marks the first day I've gotten into the game. Every time I've been on time for it before, it failed to load. Today, once in the game, I "missed" the first question. I selected Tarantino, but when the question ended, it displayed the correct answer in green and others in red, which I can only assume happens when no answer is selected at all, as I didn't see that again during the game.
This error didn't cause me to fail or anything, I properly missed a question later, but it's still an error.
