witch hunt time:

How do four of the five accounts that got the $2 this time have >$100 in quiz wins?

Are they cheat bots or Steven's best friends with presupplied answers? Or does literally everybody who partakes have that much and they just luckily misclicked for #2? Discuss.

(Iwaku, HagureShinma, CheeseStickeroo, oldgreydonkey)
(Mureaux also has ~$80)
Could be early players when there was a higher prize pool and less players, resulting in a higher individual reward.

One could wonder...
Some of those names do seem to be frequent winners.
Does anyone have a screenshot of the religion-quiz mishap? Are these the same winners?

That's the only explanation, can you come up with one for the Sonic question on Skyrim?? :D
Here you go based on a fan fiction story! :ROFLMAO:

But then again the answer never stated anything related to The Elder Scroll or the likes. It just said III, IV, V and VI didn't it? *Well only the hint told us it is from Elder Scroll V*

It could have been METAL GEAR SOLID V where Snake was aiming at a billboard trying to take down their competition aka Sega that has Sonic on it. Or maybe Snake had enough of cardboarding himself and disguised in a Sonic mascot suit for all we know? Maybe an infiltration mission to steal the new IP from Sega? Who knows? When you can't outright beat your enemies why not confuse the heck out of them? 😂
*Again a fictitious story! Mod alert!*

Put down your pitchforks and torches folks  These people have been around for a long time so it's normal that the lifetime winnings are high.
I don't have screenshots, but I'm fairly sure oldgreydonkey didn't win the busted religion question and Iwaku commented about getting got by bieberology back then.

Awesome, I thought it was something about drinking too much skooma until your character breaks the barrier of time and space, as you can see in some videos. I still answered that one correctly... got 9/10 :(

I thought of this for the 1º question
but it's mods...
had this for 2º( The witcher 3 wild hunt)
Release Windows, PS4, Xbox On 19 May 2015
Nintendo Switch 15 October 2019
PS5, Xbox Series X/S Q3/Q4 2021
and for 4º (Red dead Redemption protagonist) had John Marston
But yeah this quiz was a mess

That was weird with the first question, but glad I clicked on V. And then the Witcher release date confused me, the hint said "Witcher S: Wild Hunt," so I thought maybe the S stood for Switch, but that was only released in 2019...
The hint was actually Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. 3 and S are the same symbol in the font they use, which continues to confuse people.

About Q1: Maybe quizmaster just accidentally copy/pasted the wrong question into the system? Otherwise I have no earthly clue, how V relates to the question, since Sonic's first appearance before his own game is in Rad Mobile arcade.

I never raised my pitchfork. I merely asked the question ;)

Sorry about the last quiz. I was away last weekend for business purposes so I left the quiz setup with someone else. Can't say for certain if it was a human error or a combination between that and a technical error, but confirming the quiz questions were faulty at the time of the quiz. Apologies once more.

Given the info on today's quiz's first hint, and the nature of last week's quiz's first question's erronous answer, I find it reasonable to assume that today's quiz's hints, questions and answers have been ready to go for more than a full week already.
If this assumption is accurate, then why can't we just be given the hints immediately after the conclusion of the preceeding quiz? Kinda seems like they're intentionally cutting it close, just to cause anxiety for those who are prone to it. Not to mention wasting time for those who sit by their systems on Saturdays, just waiting....waiting....waiting.... as the REGULAR quiz time draws ever closer, only to eventually be met with "nope... tomorrow".
