All those games were given free on other sites so they should be blocked. I can't even make guaranteed giveaways of some games for this reason (even though the rules say you can make giveaways from games given by indiegala), but some people can make them without any restrictions.
The reason I reported is because your rules should be applied to everybody not just for some.

Nope the people entering them lose their points. Normally those who enter are bots. most the actual people aready have the game or know your not allowed.

if bought from indiegala then a giveaway that is guaranteed can be formed and points awarded. also keys from happy hour should be allowed.
also if there is mass giveaways of games indie gala is supposed to prevent the giveaways being formed. after a while giveaways should be allowed and points allowed to be granted. in other words have a time limit put in.

The Block Sport game http://store.steampowered.com/app/611260/Block_Sport/ has not yet been released into early access hence any giveaway should be removed and prevented since any key is going to be for the free beta which will be revoked when the game goes into early access.

When the game goes into early access then giveaways should be allowed to be created however indiegala needs to put a warning about the posting of beta keys.

Is F1 2015 being given away as a freebie or part of a bundle somewhere? seening a ton of it. Same with a game titled Little Adventurer III
