Someone see something wrong here?
I do, especially since that user was one of the users I previously reported for a fake giveaway of "The Ascent: Free Roaming VR Experience":

By reporting them to Steam i was able to remove some of those games but there is not really an option for them so it's all about on who made the last decision and the games are multilying so it's really pointless to do it.

I'd really like to have @indiegala to ban those giveaways at all (from the game that cost 40+ coins), leving it to a database that can be updated with the help of the users.

I also like to see all users checked so anyone with stats like Blackcat get a permanent ban and other users that abused the system less dropped 2-3 levels, leaving alone only the one that made 1 of 192 Coins, 2-3 of 160 coins, and 5 of 80 coins do to have won them.

The game tabs are here, a simple database search and match will do everything and i don't think it will be so hard to code.

Giveaway of a game that's already free on Steam. (with no trading card drops)

What's the problem with it? It's 1 IS and gives basically zero exp. Admittedly its value is also extremely minimal. Some people care about their +1 count and would prefer activating it with an old key instead of just adding the free package on the Steam page. I think it's fair and balanced.

It' won't give a +1 so it's a no.

Sure you get really little, 79 points, but are still 70 points got (and 1 coin spent) for something that is worth zero.
