This user is supposed to be TRADES / GIVEAWAYS BANNED. @paula @ricirick

Also, now most giveaway are for "Fake Games or DLC" worth, on Steam, 99,99$ and 199,99$ (Respectively 80 amd 160 Goins), bought in bundle of keys for cents, with every day more and more people at level 6+ with less than 200, 100 or even 50 giveaways done.

Something really need to be done, for my part i will not be making new Giveaways on indieGala until the situation will be back on track, i prefer to give away the games for free somewhere else that to give them to trolls that don't put on any effort (i can understand the last two nearly impossible levels but there must be a limit to it).

I have a really simple suggestion to fix the problem: REMOVE THE BAN LIMIT IN NLACKLIST.
I was forced to remove some users that where "TRADES / GIVEAWAYS BANNED" to make some space but i already have just 3 slot left so it's an useless battles, plus it seem the ban is not working corrently sometime.

If we can ban without limit we can heard every people that play dirty in this way do it for nothing... or we can just take down the whole giveaway section, cause if things continue to go this way it will end empty of real people in little time.

What that actually is, is a Legacy key, not Steam, that was acquired from Prime.
Key not for steam cannot be made giveaway, you can also get the key stolen and a negative feedback.
What @luca-pozzi has said here is correct.

There is language on the form that you fill out that states that only Steam keys are allowed to be given away, which I've taken a screen shot of:

I've highlighted the pertinent sentence.

However, I personally will not gripe about people giving away game keys from other game markets (GoG, Legacy, etc.) However, when the key is for a game that's free on any game market, the value of the giveaway becomes essentially 0, which violates the spirit of the Giveaway section. You are giving something of value in order to receive your experience points for the giveaway once positive feedback is left.

Yes, I have seen it. Did you notice all the irrelevant information about trades, and accepting trades? It's a cut and paste from the trades creation page, with only the first word replaced. Rules need to be clear. This is just lazy.

Anyway, since nothing at all is enforced, and we're basically left to feedback, the rules are almost irrelevant. I have also seen people leave negative feedback for Steam keys that were accurately described, and worked, that simply needed the base game to activate. Not DLC, I'm talking about expansions that do not have the DLC ribbon, but do say on the Steam page that the base game is required. So feedback, if it's left at all, is not perfect.

I'm not trying to change your behavior, but I completely disagree that your screenshot of a vague response and unanswered question makes it a rule. I'm surprised someone so rules focused would take such tentative information and report how many GAs in five months based on that? Rhetorical. There is no need for us to discuss this further.

This rule is right on page 1, bold:
If you read what I quoted, you would see that they were saying that they were giving away a game that is free on Steam with no card drops, while in actuality, it was a Legacy key.

Not sure why you're even bothering to type that, or why you blacklisted me, but okay. Maharid already wrote the same thing too. Was it that difficult to understand why I wrote that?
