I might be mistaken on this, so I'm not tagging the user.

If I'm reading the Steam store page of the parent game correctly, these DLC's will not redeem on the Steam store because all distribution of the parent game and its DLCs has been permanently suspended by Steam unless they were owned before the cutoff date.

The DLC requires the base game, but the base game can still be added at a later date by key. The game and DLC are no longer being sold on Steam, but there's nothing in IG's rules, or unfinished conversations with PR bots, that disallow games or DLC no longer for sale.

It would be very simple to not allow GAs to be created for games that don't have a price, like F2P, removed from sale, or unreleased games, if IG wanted that to happen.

The game is dead, it cannot be played anymore, i don't know if it can still be redeemed and if it give +1 (i'd say no and no, and without the game is impossible to try the DLC).

Wrong, as usual. From the Steam page: "Players who already own FUSER will still be able to play the Campaign and Quick Play"
i don't know if it can still be redeemed and if it give +1 (i'd say no and no
At least you admit that you don't know here. Of course you then you go on to guess wrong. The game will still give +1. It's not delisted.
without the game is impossible to try the DLC
The one incredibly obvious thing you got right. Well done?

Free on Steam
If its really a Steam key its fine, some games that are now F2P have still keys lying arround. Feudal life challenge (if it still exist) is known to have a stock of old keys (some even are dupe).

You have possibly misunderstood why I reported those 2 giveaways, so allow me to explain.

Steam Website said:
Notice: On December 19, FUSER live services as well as all sales of the game and DLC will be permanently suspended. Players who already own FUSER will still be able to play the Campaign and Quick Play with any DLC they have already acquired.

According to the 2nd sentence of the above quoted passage from the Steam store page for the parent game "Fuser", only copies of the game and its DLCs that were owned prior to the cutoff date are allowed to be accessed. This effectively makes all outstanding DLC codes for the game "Fuser" worthless as it clearly implies that all further Game and DLC code redemption will not be allowed/honored.

This makes the giveaways against the rules, as being for codes that have no value.

Yes, I read that too. I read that to mean only purchases made before that are allowed to be accessed. That could include purchases of keys, regardless of whether or not they have been activated yet. Of course I have no key to test myself, so I can't say for sure.

Even if its a valid key? Keysgenerated before a game become F2P still gives +1 and drop cards (if it have cards).
If you think rules are on the website for all to see, then it is allowed. If you think that you can just make up rules as you go, then it is not allowed.

Playtesting/Beta Keys
I think it's important to make the distinction between a beta activation message, and playtesting. Playtesting keys from AWA are almost always temporary, and deactivate within a few weeks.

Betas can be anything from the current "open beta" like Smite 2, which is still the same early access on Steam as it was when they were calling it an alpha. Now it can be added for free by anyone, which is the "open" part.

Betas can also just be keys the devs generated for free for promotional purposes that activate as alpha or beta, but mostly "for beta testing" while still being the full game. There are also separate app ID alpha/betas that often do not deactivate, but are not the full game.

None of the above are against any rules on the IG website, but I still thought it was worth pointing out the difference.
