If win one I just mark it Negative end of story and as Mahaird point out
That’s completely fine — if a key doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re free to leave a negative rating. That’s exactly how the system is designed to work.

But just to clarify: IndieGala does allow Non‑Guaranteed Giveaways to include beta, duplicate, or external keys — as long as it's transparent. I labeled mine clearly as beta, so it followed the rules.

Reporting or accusing someone for something that isn’t even against the rules doesn’t help the community — it just creates unnecessary drama. Let’s respect the system for what it is and keep it fair for everyone

It does, but it requires the correct app ID and version. The app ID for the full version is 2403830 while the playtest is 3778700. Brave New Wonders on Steam would be the correct version to make a GA for which gives you:

Either way, there is no moderation at all. This thread is mostly a few idiots making up rules that only exist in their imagination. They also knowingly break rules themselves by giving away GOG keys. They have also encouraged people to leave negative feedback on guaranteed GAs, which is not possible.

Finally, someone with a brain actually gets it. The only thing I missed was using the correct App ID when I created the giveaway. I couldn’t find the Playtest App ID on SteamDB at the time, so I just selected the main game instead.

But it’s very clear the giveaway wasn’t for the full version — the game hasn’t even been released on Steam yet, and it only required 1 point to join. and I made sure to mention that it was a beta key in the description

You clearly misunderstand what IndieGala’s own rules actually say — or you’re just twisting them to fit your narrative. According to the official docs, Non‑Guaranteed Giveaways can include external, exposed, duplicate, and even beta keys. The system is designed with that risk in mind, and there's no rule stating beta keys are illegal to share — only that they may not be supported or guaranteed. That's the entire point of the 'Non‑Guaranteed' category.
No, the category is Not‑Guaranteed cause not being for IG the key cannot be controlled and can ALSO be of that type, so keys that are NOT of full working games.

That the point of the category, as to sey that you take the risk by joining those giveaway, if anything happen you will NOT get any type of refund\replacement and you can only leave a negative feedback and report the case, point.

Not-Guaranted is NOT here to give the users the possiblity to use those keys, it's here to protect the site menagment by problem regarding the use of no-good keys.

Getting already used, fake, duplicated, test, alpha, beta and so keys is just a possiblity and the users that won those keys will have FULL REASON TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE EVEN IF THE KEY WORK, only the right and full game have the right to receive a positive cause obviously the site menagment protect the legit users over the fraudolent ones.

You are twisting the words to your advantage even if it's clear that they don't mean what your saying.

Recently it seem it was introduced a block to prevent non-steam key to be used and most giveaway that go around it get blocked, unfortunately steam keys for not-finished games can pass this but i hope for some extra filter in the future.

That’s completely fine — if a key doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re free to leave a negative rating. That’s exactly how the system is designed to work.
No it's not, those clauses are here to shield the administration but then legit users come first, the negative feedbakc is here to punish users that make any fake or not-steam giveaways, not for users to spam those kind of giveaways waiting to reap points from auto-positive votes.

BTW: It seem you think ausf say good things, no pint on talking more, i'll block you as i have blocked him, adios.

You’re genuinely the dumbest wannabe rule enforcer I’ve ever seen. You cry, twist facts, and act like your opinion means something — it doesn’t. You’re not staff, you’re not smart, and you sure as hell aren’t right.

Block me, cry harder, and stay mad. You’ve already embarrassed yourself enough — now disappear like the irrelevant clown you are."

To be fair, my opinion, you come off as a very angry person and you aren't doing yourself favours by attacking others the way you do.

I see the olde win a key you already have to make it a giveaway for yourself is still happening here.

They won it from me and promptly put it up. Shady as hell.
That perfectly fine, if you win a key you can do whatever you want with it, even make another giveaway.

This take in consideration two things that NEED to happen in those cases: The winner MUST try the key to see if it's a legit one, and DO NOT reuse a not-working key.

So if the users don't check the key he will take all the blame on a not-working one, if the user activate or gift the key and make another giveaway the same apply.

Keep in mind that not-working, reused, duplicated or wrongly activated keys can happen, expecially in the order of hundreds or thousands ones.
I myself got some duplicated and not working keys here and there or even made a mistake revealing a key i made up for giveaways while giving some away for free.

Things have certainly changed then since the early days, people were mostly punished for doing that, except for one guy who got off all the time, and anyone who complained about the guy were usually banned by staff. So guess he was related to someone on the staff.

For the life of me I can't remember their name.

Ahh well guess I will stop doing giveaways here if that is the case.

Posted about this in the Discord, and got a bit of guff from a mod.
