Giveaways system here is officially dead.
Not that it was in good health since the begining, but now it's really over.
You can list absolutely anything you want. The more ICs the better. Nothing and noone will check it... and downvotes from receivers have no meaning anyway. So, the 9th level awaits! Go, go, go!.. the ones who won't cheat are the last suckers.

super: yu are probably out of luck...I don't think yu can do anything to get that game yu won...In fact it was maybe never there to begin with. Research the bot or bad guy who yu won from???? Let us know if he is a scammer, then Downvote his fake giveaway.......Just 10 mins ago I won a BitRay that was a duplicate key as they say.....I got no game either: I probably fell for the there is a steam Free version of Bitray Scammmm...

super T: maybe Chstwnd is familar with your guy...Because the game is 1 ic like mine, maybe he won it at a free site, and it was a Dup.key. But He did not know this- and maybe get ahold of him and he could posiblly "Make it right", with a different key.....

um, what am I supposed to be familiar with? it looks like Superteletubbies64 won a key for "countryballs" from someone with a korean username.

In hour and half from now a giveaway Arcane raise- complete pack (Freebie after jump through hoops) disguised as ExpandRally 44 ic .......Giver level 2 fab fooey- make that fabiocly 148 . This guy has NO Negatives yet........I wonder ???? Is indie G site done for next year???? Oh well, stay Healthy everyone.

now some smoothie (Smollo05) is following in fab Fooey's footsteps....HE HAS that multiplayer Race game 44 ic as well with description ArcaneR Complete.
His giver level is 4....wow..... or am I missing something here....

NameD has 4 giveaways of Arcane R..... I don't believe that is a Race game.....Or am I wrong!!!!! 498294-to 97......still as of now 15 hours yet for those Giveaways.....

Basically what "philipgreenwood64" has already said, but with links.

The link in the giveaway page goes to "Xpand Rally" but it's titled "Arcane Raise - Complete Pack" and it costs 44ic. Pretty sure this is some kind of exploit for farming giver XP. Saw a legitimate one that was titled and linked to "Arcane Raise - Complete Pack" and it only costs 1ic.

Several cases:

These are just the ones I noticed in levels 0-4, and I might've missed some, so there may be more out there.

im trying your 3 main giveaways ending today and here is one of them: https://www.indiegala.com/giveaways/detail/496923
it keeps saying my level is too low and also when i try the other giveaways that end today say the same thing>>your level is too low

I guess they are not free giveaways as you said on your site

Nah, mate, the problem is indeed in your level. When you register here, your level is 0. That means that you can take part ONLY in giveaways for 0 lvl. Specificly the giveaway you've tried to take part in, according to your link, is for lvl 1 and above. You simply don't meet the requirements for it.
Now, that was the problem. Here are the solutions:
1) Raise your lvl by giving away games yourself (will take you some time and possibly money);
2) Take part in lvl 0 giveaways by filtering out all the other lvls out (surprise-surprise, you can add filters on the giveaways tab).

Completely forgot to add something. Do not forget to check if you won a giveaway or not.

To check your giveaways go to: My libraries -> Giveaways and auctions -> Giveaways completed -> To check
