https://www.indiegala.com/forums/topics/1677 <--- Do these rules not matter any more? I've seen rule #2 broken a lot lately. The people giving away lots of legit free keys for games worth lots of IC are as much a problem as those giving away fakes.
If Indiegala isn't going to stop these giveaways or ban these users, they could at least permanently devalue the games.

if you won this key, the only thing that can be done is to give the person who created the GA negative feedback. hurry. i think you only have 3 days until he automatically gets positive feedback and can move on to do this to someone else.

Thanks I did already a few days ago

For those that are wondering about this I was living in Vegas and moved back to Indiana. I am currently waiting for my apartment to get ready and Have limited Internet and this is not allowing me to adjust the rules. Hopefully after the first of OCT I will be able to start setting it up again and those breaking the rules will be taken care of after that time. Sorry for any inconvienance until then.

What about giving away DLCs for the iC of the base games ?
At this moment, every GA disguised as "Final Fantasy XV Windows edition" (88 iC) are just DLC given away by Alienware :
The same goes for "Phantom Doctrine" (31 iC) :
and a lot more already closed

How could that possibly be considered legit ?

BTW, does anyone believe these GA claiming "ADR-labelling Game" really are worth $500 ?
and a lot more already closed.
The bigger, the better ?

^^^ What aktbado said.

Using a full game label/card for some DLC shouldn't be allowed to happen. Doesn't matter if the submitter clarifies things in the comments.

True, but I believe the official rules listed at the beginning of this thread state that a user cannot giveaway something high ic that they don't own themselves, which definitely applies to his/her Final Fantasy and Call of Duty giveaways. I would agree, though, that the multiple Witcher III are probably not legit, but nothing there until somebody doesn't win what's listed.
