if there's no steam profile linked, then....nope. i strongly suspect that user was intentionally scamming the system because he had a LOT of high value giveaways posted, all in quick succession and he's Level 0.

Yea I check in at least once a day. i have noticed most of the newer posts are ones I already blocked and are some how sneaking through the system (I call it glitching the system) The funny thing is they usually have a high number of giveaways (I figure because of they getting away with the freebies) And so indigala won't do anything. They don't want to ban some one who has given away 100 games.. I see their point somewhat. SO that is why it is great you guys are helping me catch themand end their giveaways. I am a little slow and miss alot ;) So thank you :)

Then found this thread. I truly had no idea it wasn't allowed - sorry for making yor job harder! :S
Maybe it would be a good idea to send an email to everyone with these rules? I imagine a lot of other people also have no idea they are rule-breaking.

Also, while I'm here, is it against the rules to give away a game you won here? Because I somehow won Numba Deluxe twice (entered both before either had ended) and they were both guaranteed keys so I gave one away. The winner gave a thumbs down though so I thought maybe something went wrong because you're not supposed to do that or something. I hope I'm not a double rule breaker!

Either way, lesson learned, in both cases.

Edit: there is supposed to be a sad face after the first line but it's showing up as a happy face and I can't seem to get rid of it so please ignore that if it's still showing!

Since last 2 weeks, randomly facing issue i.e. Giveaway Page not loading. Tried all things but result is same. Every after 2 - 3 days, page won't load. Please fix this issue.
