Why are they "bullcrap" if people can actually use them?
I have seen the AGFPRO bundle going twice today by the same person, fanatical iirc sold it for about $4 or something before, guess they held onto it for a while to put up the giveaway for decent points for XP. They have put up the DLC that came with the bundle back then too, but the thing is if someone bought the normal bundle 2 years ago, but doesn't have the DLC being put up, then surely those giveaways would be beneficial to them? Why are they against TOS?
I would like to see staff tackle the fake users and regifting of keys more than focus on DLC giveaways, and maybe update the system so people who have a game they are entering for cannot do so. Had someone win Borderlands 2 from me when they already had it. Wasn't much I could do. Which is kinda crap, since they could resell the key or make/use a different account to give it away for XP.
This happened way back when IG started the giveaway system, one user was winning a lot because back then you could accumulate massive amount of points from your giveaways, so he was able to mass enter things, win stuff he already won and had anyways and then made a giveaway again, he would obviously keep things he didn't have. But still IG needs to tackle these people more instead of shrugging shoulders about it.
