I've sent him my key for Ancestors Legacy first. Afterwards, instead of sending me a key for Dying Light, he sent me a key for Dying Light Developer Tools - which does not include the game itself.
He outright refused to rectify the situation, and on top of that tried to force me to pirate the game instead.
The entire exchange is documented with the screenshots below.
If anyone wishes to verify the authenticity of the screenshots, please let me know. I will add you to this original conversation with the scammer, so you can verify the screenshots are genuine.

What do you expect from a lowlife clown who sits on his ass all day long leeching freebies (Even beta keys) from various giveaway sites just to lowball/higball other users and abuse the trading system by spamming his shitty list of those freebies on the 3 available periods (3-7-14 days). So, not only that he's being a dickhead but he's lying as well "I bought it from a retailer" he said, my god ... Well he clearly didn't cause he obviously doesn't buy shit and we all know that he got it from that SG thread that you linked (I use SG as well so i know about lots of freebies posted there), he simply leech or fool other traders (On Steamtrades as well), simple as that.
The worst trader i've seen on this site.

And I didn't deceive anyone, I said give me back the key, since you can get it for free and I'll give you the games we agreed on and replace this one, and you started blackmailing me. All honest users who traded with me and if they received a duplicate key, for example. After contacting me, they received a replacement or refund. But I’m not when I’m not fooled by blackmail. Even now, I am willing to refund you the key if you return the Dying Light Developer Tools key to me.
And you small fry Aqua, shut up! You don’t know anything about me and my keys, and not when you didn’t claim that I bought all my keys, but I actually bought half of them. I buy games from sites like kinguin or fanatical. You are so insignificant that you can only cheat others, since you yourself do not even have keys from a freebie and only drool out of greed.

Unfortunately, the thoughts and actions of a pathological liar are devoid of reason, remorse and moral resolve of any kind.
It's good to know that there are people who care and refuse to accept this kind of deplorable behavior, but I'm afraid that by communicating with @solomon we're putting our own sanity on the line.
I hope IndieGala's support will show initiative. I think @paula has picked up my support ticket describing this situation. I didn't get a follow up on it yet though.
I didn't know about Steam's scammer reporting procedure. I'll do that as well.

Alright folks, i think it's time for more proof regarding why this creature we're dealing with here is an utter scumbag and why i keep calling him a degenerate over and over again. I got nothing towards any respectful/legit trader on this site but seeing those same legit traders especially new ones who lacks experience getting screwed by the likes of this dickhead is bad and with the way he scammed @trueseeker recently and how he's laughably keep lying till this moment with no shame at all, i think this is the right time to do something even with the weakest effort possible.
Now that i got the confirmation from Paula that she banned his fake alt accounts i can show you what i was about to post few days before.

Wonder why he's friends with these "people" with sketchy accounts that have the same recently played freebie trash + the same joining day? What a coincidence right?

To sum it up : any leech like this degenerate usually and 100% have alt accounts to leech many freebies copies and to farm or scam with ... so you get the point now.
I already got someone here banned who was also using 4 alt accounts before and Paula found out that user was using those accounts with the same ip which is laughable but typical since it's coming from this kind of scammers. Now, after confirmation by Paula you can see that he's dumb as well.
NOTE : If he tries to make those accounts private or change names etc, he'd be wasting his time cause i already stored what i needed from screenshots and the links of those reps are still there even if he unlink those accounts
Finally, as i mentioned i really couldn't care less if he gets banned or not. The focal point is that as you can see, this scumbag did get away with lots of shit starting with :
- Fake reps.
- Scamming. I did expose him before regarding a case with a guy who recently joined but to save time just check his IG reviews page you'll also see that he already got valid -reps from reliable traders.

Here's another similair scam he performed on Barter just few days after scamming TrueSeeker and lucky for him he got away with it since the other trader was cool about it as it seems : Solomon : Offers : #3652095 to icarus
He basically offered a free multiplayer package of Offworld Trading Company instead of the full game which ofc he leeched from here : [FREE] Offworld Trading Company [ENDED] (He knew it's not the full game cause he checked that discussion at that time)
Despite all that evidence we shared + exposed his ass ... yet indiegala folks decided to unban him after he prolly annoyed the shit out of them with beggin' and now this scumbag is back again abusing the trading system by spamming (Scamming too, just wait for it) his list on every available period just as usual, check the trading section, it's an utter mess at this point. He's so desperate trying to get rid of them freebies.
Finally, good news is that now more traders even outside of IG are aware of this scammer : Solomon : Offers : #3680632 to Chrislefox

Damn, that's not looking good. His response to the Dying Light trade would be already highly dubious - he simply didn't fulfil his side of the trade, and no one should have to resort to abusing the Family Access system to gain access to a traded game as if that wasn't obvious. But the fake alts are just showing his intentions crystal clear. "I have 400+ positive reviews and I think it must mean something" Sure buddy, especially if you upvote yourself...
In that regard, I've traded with him a few times, and while this mostly went well there's been one case in the past where he's traded me a free demo key instead of the real game, and that obviously fits the behaviour you guys pointed out. I'll refrain from trading with him in the future as apparently his keys can't be trusted (or are available for free somewhere else...), and I'm at a loss as to why IG would reinstate him after he's been caught creating fake alt accounts. Disappointed.

Jokes aside, who on earth would believe someone who gives you a key (of dev tools) then tells you " I checked the key information, it differs from the usual ones by the absence of one file. To get this this file permanently to this key you need to start the game with family access ...." LOL! Hate to say this, but only a fool or a child would believe this nonsense, even a trader who bought keys before but still doesn't have that much knowledge regarding how keys work would know that this is an utter joke. This family access nonsense is a lie to cover his scam after fucking up and got exposed as TrueeSeeker threw at him the source of where he got his free package from. Add to that how he said at first that he "bought the key from a retailer" then he says " users of steamgifts wrote about this " which proves more that he's just a brainless liar. The reason why he kept being an absolute scumbag, is because he got away with lots of shit before and he enjoyed his stay here lowballing/scamming other users who lacks experience and ofc spamming his list everywhere whenever he wants to, hence why he thinks that he can do whatever he wants and no one will expose him.
Indiegala folks on the other hand don't give a damn at this point, there are a lot of wrong things about trading on this site but it would be a waste of time to mention them here, the suggestion thread is a proof of what i'm talking about ....
The fact that Paula told me the reason why they unbanned him is because he contacted another staff member and "he believed him" sums up everything about how they handle scams here and also a further proof that they don't check the scammers thread, maybe unless you keep "annoying" them via dm. Finally, i find it funny too how they unbanned him unlike the other trader that i also caught using fake alts before and when i reported him to Paula she banned him immediately and still didn't unban him till this day. It seems like mr scumbag got some sort of privilege though ...
