So, I'm slightly ill today and I made a rookie mistake.
Here we have just another regular scammer:

I suggest checking about people offering for details as such: if they have a linked Steam profile, if they have previously been mentioned or received a comment on their forum profile; if they have store/bundle purchases. Sometimes might be worth pasting their profile into steam-trades too if they have it linked. Also, try and avoid offers that might look sometimes too good to be true especially if the users have suspicious profiles or possibly game bans

I see a lot of new users have no Steam profile linked, no wishlist, or even games to the public which makes it hard to verify them for a trade!

Explain could be simple. My key he redeemed to another account. Or we didn't see that Scum was activated to his account. And in trade he put F1 2018 that was already activated by him.

But there was a chance that my Scum key was activated before trade cause our group received couple of keys and someone could redeemed the key before without noticing me. Thats why I wrote before trade to message me and check the key first. I didn't want to use the received key beffore full understanding of my key is working.

2nd question: You have F1 2018 long time then why did you put activated F1 2018 key to the Trade offer? You couldnt activate it one more time.

I activated my key when I saw that he sent me random activated code, but he might have tricked others (he got at least three negative marks today).

I can confirm this! He is real scammer. sent me duplicated key and he left me negative feedback.
I looked better and his key isn't even The Witcher 3, it is 0.99 cent game (Through Abandoned The Refuge ) and even duplicated!!

I miss when you could verify someone's trade profile so easily, I liked the step up to the new system, but probably until you are able to see someone's reputation again and where it came from it will be easier for scammers to lurk in

I'm browsing through the Trade section sometimes. At least 1/3 of all traders there are scammers or very suspicious characters.

Update: the scammer has been banned https://www.indiegala.com/users/@arthur-morgan/ but the negative feedback he left me remained, I'm waiting the support if can remove me negative feedback from him.
Edit: support replied me and they could remove me negative feedback he left me!
