What is wrong with the website?

The IG Support keeps telling me, that the website is working fine. I even linked them this topic.

I havent taken part in giveaways for the last 3 days because of "the working website"

Looks like they might have fixed the problem. I'm assuming a lot of the issue was people having neverending scripts to enter drawings without having to visit the website. I was probably causing incidental DDOS attack that lagged everything out. Now I have to say I'm not a robot, but it sure loads up more quickly now.

Edit: Site runs faster, but having to do captcha challenges continuously when I'm entering a bunch of giveaways at once is unpleasant. I'm not a robot.

They didn't fix ANYTHING. I'm convinced when they "fix" it, all they are doing is rebooting a server.

Now enough is enough. And this crap with Capthas on every giveaway... Dear IndieGala developers. The captchas won't reduce your traffic. It is a bandaid for the wrong problem, here. Also, the amount of stupid javascript library garbage is unbelieveable.

4.5 MB to load a page. ONE PAGE. Almost a minute to load all of this.

There is no way I'd give this site money at this point. How can I trust anything about it? Incompotence all around. Vote with your wallet folks.

"Error code 15 - The request was blocked by the site security.." or something. I get this message when I try accessing the site. I have to clear my browse cache everytime so I will be able to enter. Any idea?

Same here. Cannot enter giveaways section. The rest of the site seems ok to me. Always seems to be an issue on the weekends on a regular basis.

Why not make the count after end of the giveaway (such as a week) to check the key and when the deadline expired automatically assign a positive feedback.
I have such giveaway as "Moto Racer 4" for ten days without feedback.And a few others.
I think many have this problem.

So... how did you manage to post a giveaway for Moto Racer 4 then ? - It was added to the block list by me, a week before the free keys were sent out....

edit - seems somone disabled the block... oh well, it has been re-enabled now.

When i try to create a game giveaway my steam keys are recognised as invalid but after giving up if i put them into steam they work fine.Plz help i want to level up.

What?! This morning I put $4 into a 10-game bundle that said I would get all games if I paid $3.99 or more. Upon ordering, checked my library and only 4 games were in there. Went back to check the website and it still said $3.99, and it never warned me that I wouldn't get the other games if I don't add more money like it usually does. I did take note the clock was reading 0:00:00 at that point. After e-mailing indiegala support (haven't heard back from them yet), an hour later I came back to check the site again, and the clock was restarted and the price was up to $4.99. I'm guessing internally the price had gone up, but it was not reflected on the front page of the bundle when I ordered. So now what? I don't want to pay another $5 for something I had already paid the amount stated on the page, and I can't find a way to add an extra dollar to bump me up to the next level and get the remaining games (something other bundle websites do). It looks like the website didn't update on time like it's supposed to, that certainly needs fixed as it cheats people out of money. Hopefully support gets back to me. Just wanted to note this and see if anyone else has had this issue. Thanks.

Also watch out when creating guarenteered giveaways.. If u get Inconsistency of data.. It will grab your key and set to trade or giving in progress.
But it wont create the giveaway. Dropping the key into nothingness.

Happened 3 times for me in 3 days.
