''Error 500'' is not making me redeem my code

I bought a game last night and I can't take the steam key.
I've linked my steam to my indiegala acc, I've linked my ubisof acc aswell and I'm in the indiegala steam group so I don't know what more to do

Same. I bought "Hell Let Loose" last Thursday night and the dreaded Error [500] does not let me see the key. I've contacted support and shortly after received reply to just try again and let them know. It didn't work of course, i've emailed back but i guess they were already off work for the weekend.
Just gonna wait, i'm sure it'll be ok.

So just email support with your order number, explain the problem and wait for them to get back to you.

Hi

I am encountering the same error 500 when redeeming keys purchased yesterday. I sent an email to support@indiegala.com over 24 hours ago and yet to receive a response.

Please can this be looked into/respond to my email.

I raised a separate live support request which was dealt with very promptly by Paula and I have now successfully redeemed my keys.

I also have the same problem with Bloosdstained: Ritual of the Night. Error 500 when trying to redeem the key. Sent a message to support, but still nothing

Same error here, different game.

This is the first time I'm having a problem with redeeming a purchase on this store.

Live Support is only available on week days so with hindsight making a purchase on the weekend may not have been the best idea.

Using Inspector shows it's in fact not a HTTP 500 "Internal Server Error" - the underlying request for a serial number is succeeding, but the payload is returning with "no serial available yet".

There's something ironic about the error code in a raw JSON response being clearer than the formatted error message presented to the user :p

They say "soon" which would normally mean a few hours, one day later and it still doesnt work.
