Hi,

This is still not working. I'm starting to lose my patience. I have sent an email to support 4 days ago and have received no word, the key is still not generating and I'm seeing a lot of issues with the purchase of specifically Dragonball FighterZ in this thread, and even when I get ignored by your support team, you are still advertising the selling of DBFZ in another email. Can we have an actual update please?

I am having the same problem with the DBZ key, error 500, can you please refund or fix

Having this same issue. Just bought Dark Souls Remastered and Dark Souls 3, and neither of them are producing the code I paid for. I keep getting Error [500] and even switching browsers is not working.

EDIT:
Tried an hour later, just in case it was some minor processing error, still getting the same message. The money is out of my account, and I have yet to receive the products I paid for.

EDIT2:
My profile has been locked.

EDIT3:
Managed to unlock profile, still having the same issue as before. Waiting to hear back from support to see if this can be fixed or refunded.

Hi,

Same thing happening for me (for Dragonball FighterZ).

I sent an email to support and received a reply basically saying try again, however I am still getting a 500 error and haven't received any updates since.

Is there any update on this issue? I and many others have been waiting for weeks for our keys, its becoming a bit of a joke at this point.

Still no response from the support team honestly I am really starting to lose my patience I just checked Paula profile he was online 47 minutes ago
so clearly he is ignoring us.

EDIT:
to think I was just going to buy MGSV too makes me glad I did not go that route :(
