Good luck with the email, they generally ignore you until you come on here. They gave me gala credits and removed the broken key from my account but i still can't buy the game i was after. It now says that it is Unavailable.
It has been over 24 hours. I am getting really worried....
Please don't worry. Support is looking into cases as usual. Yesterday was sunday and a bit of delay can be experienced because of it.
