not yet, it's hard to do some jrpg when you have those blackouts every now and then((...
ya, didn't think of that part...sorry 😔
No, unfortunately I haven't finished it, but hear me out!
NOPE!!! Negative!!! You traitor!!!

...oh alright.
I was playing it for a month or so, and than there was that moment when the skyship was going to fall, you know what I mean...
So...I've finished that part of the game while one of my characters saved us all by the means of his own life (don't remember the name already, but he was the captain of that game's party's skyship and also was a womanizer and gambler).
Setzer and be warned - really massive half game spoiler incoming...bunch of tips, but major story breakers included.

On a death note, when you reach the floating continent, refuse to jjump at the end till the clock hits 3 seconds and Shadow will also live...only other character that can die is Mog and you literally have to Sacrifice him to the Gods of the Gold Hairpin (you'll understand later :ROFLMAO:)

Setzer (the gambler) lives, and he's one of (if not the) best character end game, because of a weapon called "Fixed Dice" which rolls straight 9999 almost constantly.

Add a Genji Glove (dual weild), Offering (attack 4 times), a Gradeus or preferably Ultima (Atma?) Weapon (stolen from guess who...Ultima Weapon on the floating continent ) as his second weapon

Using the ONLY speed+1 Esper in the game (Raiden or Odin, I forget) till he's level 99, maybe with some str+3 mixed in (or stamina/HP for Ultima Weapon) before exchanging the Esper for another, same with Locke to Steal these things lmao.

You can also make Gau, Shadow, Mog, or any sword weilder (with more effort, Terra, Celes, Edgar, Locke) Invincible on the original version with a Paladin shield gained by fighting 255 battles wearing the Cursed Shield (using a ribbon if your sane lol), a must do task regardless. A force sheild works as well.

Heres a quick guide, although my setup was different this has more options that may help in newer versions that fix the glitch.

NOTE:

You can get your first Genji Glove by refusing Banons request 3 times before accepting in the returners hideout...also if you leave the first cave Locke goes through (to reach Figaro) full of treasure in the part where your party splits after the airship crash--the cave will have MUCH better treasure after the halfway point in the game.

Taken from gamefaqs (I didn't remember the location because I clear everything) every time.

"Offering. When equipped, it allows your character to attack 4x. It's indeed found in the Ancient Castle after beating the Katana Soul from the monster-in-a-box"

Phew, well theres 30yrs of FF 6 tips in a really long spoiler block.
penguin-cobble-pot.gif
P.S.

You still suck, no excuse not to finish FF6
After that I've mourned some time and then played a little more, but few days later it became known to me...THAT I COULD HAVE SAVED HIM FROM THAT SHIP!! FFS!! I haven't knew!!((
FFS, he can't die bro and your can't avoid it (there are still many more spoilers above)

Your problem with death is a serious game-fuck (mind-fuck too), its a fucking game dude!!!

Your story (and your mourning), were an utter waste, you dropped the game over a story plot and it was a deception :ROFLMAO: he a fucking gambler for christ sake, think he didn't have a trick up his sleeve 🤦‍♂️

yeah, it's ok)
You still suck, no excuse not to finish FF6
My story with all the FF's I've played:
FFI - played java-port based on the remake (the first FF I've ever played, btw) a millennia ago, dropped it. Completed the GBA version around a year ago.
FFII - completed java-port around the same time (millennia ago), the first FF I've beaten, one of the best in the series IMHO. Completed the GBA version after completion of the previous game, the bestiary is also completed (yeah, I've wanted that in-game player with the full ost pretty bad 🤭 )
FFIII - played the original NES game for a couple of hours, dropped it. Played an NDS 3D remake, dropped it also. Don't like the job system, like, at all.
FFV - started SNES original, played it for quite some time a couple of years ago. Get bored, started FFI-II GBA remakes and after completion of those it came to my mind that I'll rather begin FFV from scratch, the GBA version, of course.
FFVI - played the PS1 version. I've told my story already. Looks like I'll return to this game on GBA too 'cause this version has more things in it (well, aside from CGI-cutscenes).
FFVII - played PC port. Started twice. First time I haven't managed to get Vincent, so I decided to start all over again in a few years. Second playthrough ended after I've got Yuffie (was horrified by the amount of side quests for her) and, as far as I can remember around either fight with ultimate weapon on the ship or when I've got Sid's ship. Than I've got bored (and, as I've said, horrified by all the side quests...I don't really like side quests in my rpgs, only if those are tight enough and there're not so many of 'em in the first place) and decided to rest from it for some time...and then I've got my saves devastated(( So one day...one day...

Oh, I've also played some Dissidia on PSP, but not too much.
FFS, he can't die bro and your can't avoid it (there are still many more spoilers above)

I don't have problems with death in games, well, if it's in the story itself and not 'cause I missed something while playing.

Also I've messed up the whole thing completely. It's not Zelcer Setzer who I've missed but the ninja character - it's he who ended up dead and it's he who can be rescued but I didn't knew about it on my first playthrough😅
If your wl is full of "looks neat" ...I would like to murder you now :ROFLMAO:
well, some games looks neat, some I know are really good, some looks like they are really good but I can't confirm 'cause never played 'em.
and than there're some smutt:ROFLMAO:
my wl full of everything.
oh, and don't forget that there're also some games that in the wl just for the sake of getting another games from giveaways/raffles (for those there's a 'DON'T DO IT LIST' here, on IG).

Oh, yes, if it's matters, I haven't read that spoiler section 'cause I really want to beat FFVI sometime later))

Played that on NES after playing FF IV (called FF II) and Mystic quest (both SNES), god the horror...weapons with a limited usage count is the worst RPG idea to ever be created  (well aside from skills of the same sort--lost sphere)
FFIII - played the original NES game for a couple of hours, dropped it. Played an NDS 3D remake, dropped it also. Don't like the job system, like, at all
I hated it too, probably the only one I never finished, part 2 wasn't in the US for a LONG time, so that one I've never even played.
You skipped this entirely, by far one of the best and the 3D remake on DS (originally I think) as well as the after years was gorgeous. Def check it out ;)
FFV - started SNES original, played it for quite some time a couple of years ago. Get bored, started FFI-II GBA remakes and after completion of those it came to my mind that I'll rather begin FFV from scratch, the GBA version, of course.
This actually has characters, but the job system will again drive you nuts...unless we got numbers confused here :ROFLMAO:
FFVI - played the PS1 version. I've told my story already. Looks like I'll return to this game on GBA too 'cause this version has more things in it (well, aside from CGI-cutscenes).
Actually the biggest difference is that the GBA removes alot of glitches and even some content (that are useful) and kind of rapes you with armor and character setup...the invincible (more like evade all attacks) trick won't work here either.

There are literally maybe 3 CGs...I actually bought this version after beating it multiple times to see them and was fucking pissed

I suggest avoiding the GBA version in all honesty, pissed off alot of long time fans.
FFVII - played PC port. Started twice. First time I haven't managed to get Vincent, so I decided to start all over again in a few years. Shadow, that was my character, although in truth he's one of the least useful at the end (except for a few throwing items), I always loved him.

"He'd slit his momma's throat for a nickel...", isn't that right Interceptor? :ROFLMAO:
Oh, I've also played some Dissidia on PSP, but not too much.

To be clear I likely just broke every rule on the "don't do it list" recently, I was going down my steam wishlist and just slapped a bunch of really wanted games over here.

I don't actually expect to get any of them tbh lmao...but they're here and they can stay since I got nothing else I know I want...course I got no problem with things I didn't know about either so it whatever 🤷‍♂️

First they didn't want my thanks in the wishlist section, now they got other rules...blah blah blah.

Its a forum with zero moderators, i'll do what I think makes everyones lives easier when I have free time (like the thank you list) and be reasonable, but I'm not reading a fucking spreadsheet about what to do...if they don't like what I put, they can scroll on past it along with any freebies I hand out and suck on a peanut, preferably the right one.

Everyone obviously knows I'm not an alt scamming for AAA titles out of thin air that never gives anything back, and if they don't know that much...they have no right to preach to me lol.
Oh, yes, if it's matters, I haven't read that spoiler section 'cause I really want to beat FFVI sometime later))
Then you won't know what I meant about the "evade all" trick so skip that lol...but if you know it was Shadow, I didn't spoil much, those were the few story based portions...your call.

Thanks for the GA my friend.

I almost entered for Peaky Blinders since I just heard it can no longer be bought on steam if I remember correctly, but meh...not a collector and not my style.
Bro I have more pornhub in RL, but there are NO futonori (thanks God) 😂
Lets just say futa for simplicity...and your living your best life of no nut like ever :ROFLMAO:

well, I don't think that skills of the same sort is a big problem, but yeah, attack points is a really stupid thing indeed.
also, I remembered why I dropped the java-port...I've suddenly found myself without any white mage in the party, and you know what it means in terms of the first Final Fantasy.
I hated it too, probably the only one I never finished, part 2 wasn't in the US for a LONG time, so that one I've never even played.
Part 2? Oh, yeah, the infamous butchered NA release...(
You skipped this entirely, by far one of the best and the 3D remake on DS (originally I think) as well as the after years was gorgeous. Def check it out ;)
I've skipped it 'cause I knew there's an additional scenario (few years later or something) and that's why I was like "I'll play it later and in the form of the best version/remake/port")) I think, GBA or PSP will do the thing for me)
This actually has characters, but the job system will again drive you nuts...unless we got numbers confused here :ROFLMAO:
Well, the job system here was either better or not as prominent as it was in III, so I haven't had any problems with it, at least not at that playthrough. Maybe I'll get some problems with it later, when I'll return to it though 🤷‍♂️

I suggest avoiding the GBA version in all honesty, pissed off alot of long time fans.
that's strange...I've read that it has not only less glitches but also an additional content like almost every GBA remake.
Well, we'll see...)
We are never to speak of this again 🙍‍♂️
A fan of sidequests? Why?
Shadow, that was my character, although in truth he's one of the least useful at the end (except for a few throwing items), I always loved him.

Yeah, so that's why I was like "NO! I didn't knew I can save him!!F*ck! I'd better start anew!", even though I've completed more than half of the game, I think..?
First they didn't want my thanks in the wishlist section
well, I remember this moment, but...in the end Vic was right, I guess, 'cause as someone who's trying from time to time to find who wants what in that thread it's quite confusing 'cause of all the thanks right beside the actual wishlistso_O
now they got other rules...blah blah blah.
what do you mean?? o0
Then you won't know what I meant about the "evade all" trick so skip that lol...but if you know it was Shadow, I didn't spoil much, those were the few story based portions...your call.
oh, ok, than I'll read it...
*reading*
SPOILERS!!
Well, I guess, I'll read alot of manuals from gamefaqs when I'll return to that game... 🤭
Its on Fanatical right now in the Mythic Bundle I posted earlier for a buck ;)

Ouch, game the fuck over. Zero chance or choice in that situation
well, I remember this moment, but...in the end Vic was right, I guess, 'cause as someone who's trying from time to time to find who wants what in that thread it's quite confusing 'cause of all the thanks right beside the actual wishlistso_O
Like i said, I moved it because it was a reasonable and understandable request ;)
I've skipped it 'cause I knew there's an additional scenario (few years later or something) and that's why I was like "I'll play it later and in the form of the best version/remake/port")) I think, GBA or PSP will do the thing for me)
I'd play the partially 3D remake on DS, steam or emu...all they did was make it look pretty as far as I'm aware, and it really does too. Plus cut scenes are iconic. The After Years came way after and its additional, not needed. After the base game.
that's strange...I've read that it has not only less glitches but also an additional content like almost every GBA remake.
Well, we'll see...)
It does have less glitches...USEFUL glitches
A fan of sidequests? Why?
FFVII in general...all these arguments and you never even finished the classic 🤦‍♂️ no f'in beuno man lmao.
what do you mean?? o0
You just said theres a DON'T DO THIS section...I've never read it and I never intend to tbh :ROFLMAO:

I was generally modest from go, it felt really odd getting anything free from strangers, nevermind pricey games.

Unlike alot of the more recent users we see my original list was 100% fuedalife winnable games.

I still don't like the idea of listing my Steam games, but I literally couldn't think of anything else atm lol. At least if someone is truly grateful, they have an idea what i want 🤷‍♂️
I know...but you know, what I'm about to say, don't ya'?:censored:
Rather get it free  (or regional rape, or whatever, don't have a fucking dollar lmao) already entered (y)

EDIT:

I literally still don't have a concrete plan for surviving first/last/deposit for an apt and I spent a buck on Kings Bounty: Crossworlds to remove it from wishlist before somebody else did once I knew it existed.

A Gala GA is different, but the point remains the same...as much as I appreciate any gift I'm given, i don't wait for someone else to hand me it if I can grab it myself without a major dent.

Like I said above, its just how I am.

An I'm not insulting you or calling you out for the record...but I mean, you can't be much of a gamer if you never buy a game.

Nothing in life is truly free...the difference is understanding the cost and how far your willing to go.
