I can only speculate about the user in question, but looking at his history, he's absolutely not looking for fair offers.
You can easily evaluate this by his accepted trades (only about half are redeemed, the rest "pocketed," usually at a 2:1 his favor grey value), and steamtrades (overpriced, scalped removed game selling).

He's simply not one you want to deal with - add to ignore.

Trading is a time sinkhole - you can find people willing to part with the things you want, but you have to claw very hard to find them. Usually, the vultures get to them first.

Dragon ball is great! I liked the new movie despite it being 3D animated anime. nibl.co.uk has the xdcc for the anniversary version of DBZ. It is uncropped. I prefer the uncropped version of DBZ. My first love for anime was Slayers, Tenchi Muyo, Akira, Ninja Scroll, and Ghost in the Shell.

I have the reboot and everything old but DOOM 64 and DOOM 3, Ironically I have a key for eternal which should activate those I believe and I collected them one at a time so I don't want to use it
