One of my good friends here...well several of my good friends here actually are from EU--but one I've spoken too about financials alot also says rent there is like $400 while we pay over $1,000 for a shitty dump in a huge complex, i'm paying 1,300 for this hell hole and it was one of the cheapest available in my state.

So you may make less but your expenses are much more reasonable and from what I learned about tenant laws helping in a tenants right group that's regulated to an extent by your laws in a good way, at least for housing.

I'm also on disability, I get less than my current rent once a month, I was working a side job under the table to afford it when I moved in, a job which fell apart when I kept getting sick here and I lost (since taxes would cut into that measly amount from disability), this makes my situation worse regardless of the laws and tariffs, I dont need to concern myself with taxes but I also dont get enough to survive in the first place--my ex was supporting me during this trial with the obvious belief I would win and use the money to put a down payment on buying a brand new RV to live in from now on and end the cycle of not being able to afford life or travel for basic needs all at the same time.

My only attempt at any other side work was our game and I started that knowing I wouldn't make income from it fast enough to save myself from my situation...so I basically coded it (still am) in a way that Ivo could add onto it easily and finish the game in the situation where I lost the case without me, I gave him permission and actually planned the code for him to carry on using my work--so long as he finished the game, and to keep whatever money he made from it. Because truth be told even then I was preparing for the worst, and the game itself is more important to me than making profit from it.

So I literally coded it all to be expanded upon without programming and with as many extras and options as I could possible think of so it would be the best it could be before the project even started. Its something I always wanted to accomplish from the day I started programming...and leaving it with him I know it will be even if i'm not there to see it.

I still hope things dont turn out that way, but its not looking very good to be frank 🤷‍♂️

So let it be known I actually asked him to use my work and carry on...in case that comes to pass

Sorry, gotta get back to working on the case.. I JUST read that my forms which were nearly done from the last few days (both info read from court sites) need to be half the size, causing me even MORE work :rolleyes: and I was already horribly screwed for time.

Issue with this isnt the size or splitting the files, its that you need everything page numbered and you have to reference those numbers in your legal argument. So splitting the forms forces me to redo all that work or I need to find a way to compress them and i dont have very great PDF software.

And each files page numbers need to restart.

The ringer would be a polite way to put it, my entire first case...which I literally put 110% effort into providing undeniable evidence in high quality color photos and meticulously catering to every detail was pretty much a mockery, during the process without me realizing it at first or being able to prevent it once I did, they did everything possible to damage my case and destroy my evidence--nearly everything I filed in person was scanned upside down missing every other page and in black and white even when I specifically sent files stating color was vital for it to show things such as pests.

I downloaded my own evidence from the trial, only the portions I actually had the time to submit I could barely tell what any of it was and I handed it to them at trial in high quality as well...again, missing pages of even letters and emails so half the text is gone. If the jury was presented with THOSE copies it would be no wonder they failed to see the issues, even I can barely tell what they are, especially insects. 170 pages of evidence more pictures than not...all ruined.

They were planning to screw me there and lrevent me from being able to produce legible enough copies during appeal from the very start...which i'm sad to say actually worked quite well.

I appreciate your kind words...and i'm damn sure trying my best to make the appeals court see the fact I was never given a fair trial, as is my constitutional right....but time is short and I dont know how well I can prepare this filing with all the re-creation of the past cases--which is necessary.

My only hope is they're not going to protect these people as well...and if they do, I'll have to rely on my idea of sending it to half of the world with the longest CC list in history via email in an online server to show the corruption of both courts.

In either case if I lose the appeal I lose everything...so they'll have to tear down the courts conspiracy themselves. I'm done after the mass email.

Now after organizing 1400 pages of previous court filings I realize that two different government sites claim two different max file sizes...so i'm at fixing the original stuff again. My time for my actual legal argument will be extremely short.

I'm going to need the devils luck or a blessing from the gods to pull through this time...no joke.

Hey ausf, you familiar with the constitutional laws on rights? I need to find specific references...I figure with all your government interests maybe you were crazy enough to read the f'in thing for fun :LOL:

Let me make your day and say that AI was actually more useful for filing the paperwork than anything else, of course it sucks at finding legal references because they're a swamp heh.

It's a tool. It's only as effective as the data it has access to. A lawyer would be more useful, but even they would use AI, or their overpriced meat equivalent, to do the research for them.

I'm not a fan of AI. I just don't hate it like you seem to. It's only as good or bad as the data it has, and the person using it. There have been countless news reports of people using AI to do legal work for them for free. Of course only the successful ones get reported on.

No one will bother making a news report about how useless it is, until it becomes so useful, people are overly reliant on it, and it getting an innocent person sentenced to death would be an amusing story.

I dont actually hate it, I hate what people expect of it and worse what they are trying to rush forward into making it do or appear to do for a quick buck.

I actually like google search results from AI, anything you phrase as a question you'd ask in say a forum where people are educated in the matter it can usually pop up along with the page it came from if you need it...extremely helpful for things that don't really get dedicated or massive help pages such as ren'py or ffmpeg using the command line. I never rely on it fully and I only go by what I can confirm unless I'm telling someone else to confirm it, but it is good for fast references. Unfortunately for things like law its garbage unless it was given a dedicated database instead of the web....because the webs useless.

I'm against the idiots who have the money to back the concept and not the brains to understand it more than the concept itself.

My only dislike for AI is the idea that we may try to create actual thought and still try to get it to be a slave. For the obvious reason that we would have made a slave and not a living creature...but a slave that could understand it was a slave and suffer. If your going to be living indentured servitude its better off your a fuckong retard and consider it a good life :LOL: or just unable to process what that is in the first place. We have mixed ideals, half want slave workers and half want to see real life ..the ones running the show have no interest in the latter...and we're doomed to create something that doesnt like the idea alot more than me 🤷‍♂️
