Persona 3 Portable was a cash grab inbetween reload...i'm sad to say Atlus has made a piss poor habit of doing this lately and its one of the reasons I stopped buying their games. They re-relesse Originals as new and then remaster them and they do it so soon inbetween its obvious thr remaster was planned first and they did it just to make money before it could never be sold. (spits)

Right now I actually WANT P3 Reload myself, as disgraceful as their sales tactics have been....the demo makes the original game look like shit to be frank, but I cant speak for any story changes myself. As far as I could tell from the demo (which I literally dont want to end) and i'm saved in the dungeon from just grinding lol...there are some pretty unique gameplay changes which I can't say are good or bad yet....but the general story seems to be the same. I particularly always loved the summoning sequence in this game and the story scene too it. Iconic on reload

Tenants are constantly not paying rent and damaging properties. Would you want to be a landlord? I would not.
I'd have no issue, just gotta find the right tenants and you could sit back for years ..which entails giving them decent living conditions.
Sounds like passive income, but it's a giant hassle dealing with tenants. This is why overseas investors don't bother with tenants and just leave the property vacant. Less hassle. More money.
It is passive income...to him. But thats illegal for us. Hence his use of the court's...but thats where it gets real grimy. Now I have an eviction and with my already low income renting would be near impossible....an eviction I never deserved, also illegal.

In the US we have Cknsumer Protection Laws
Yes, local laws which change the situation. If he is required by law to do something, then assuming the law is enforced fairly, he would.
even with that offer it sucked....but I accepted. When he failed to deliver my lease or the money, then I flipped my shit
Yes, this makes perfect sense. You made an agreement, and he went back on it. I completely agree.

See, both of those things completely change what I was talking about. One is a law, the other is an agreement. Both must be followed. They also must be enforceable... And the failure of that is why your specific situation became so complicated.
I'd have no issue, just gotta find the right tenants
They all seem okay until they're not.
Anyways, i'm done with this subject for now.
Sure. The only reason I even made this comment was to clarify my general opinion on the voluntary tenant/landlord relationship versus your specific situation.

As I said before local laws are different everywhere, and I've already made clear my opinion of following through on agreements made.

Thats my biggest issue actually...I held to my end shitty as things were...until later anyway. Even if I just shake your hand and say I will--I will. Same with a contract.

To me its just respect. I offered to move myself without his help to another unit as well. I was beyond reasonable.

But the bottom line is we had a deal...and he didnt follow through on his end.

I'll use whatever laws I need to win--but only because i'm right as a matter of principal, law, and this fact in the first place.

If I was wrong we would never have ended up in court...I never fight battles I know I dont deserve to win

In this case...I was pushed to the extreme, literally have no choice but to win...i'm fucked, and due to that fact, so is he. He wrecked my fucking like $12,000 PC setup it took most of my adult life to build, my bed, two air conditions, my old floppy PC thats older than he is...and everything else inbetween, nevermind the torture of living here itself. Theres not a day I dont regret waking up in this place. I barely have a functioning bathroom for god sake and had no kitchen sink either most of my tenancy.

Bugs mold, I wouldnt pay for the walls here...more.likely to catch a disease than shelter from a storm ...really.

Tent with a stove for a grand...next to the dumpster, would have been better living conditions, I shit you not.

If I could give the money up and see the unit condemned, i'd probably do it...but my personal situation comes before bettering the world heh.

It will be an unpopular opinion now, but I don't like this series. Or the franchise? SMT in general. I tried so many games, it was SMT itself, it was Personas, it was all sorts of spin-offs of the series, of which there were a lot on portables, and I got bored with them all pretty quickly. And I **can't** call any of the games I played bad, but they could never touch me.

HL:

I'm pretty sure I've had more saved, but I can't seem to find them, either way in some regions Far Cry Primal is 4.49, but in EU it is 7.49, still good compared to 12.99 - Probably won't buy any of them since I'm not a fan of selling my CS2 skins even if I play once a week and I was tempted to sell all my skins this summer for the KCD2 Gold Editon, but since those had 1-2 days cooldown and Steam doesn't want to help even if you explain them the situation.

All my DAZ and ffmpeg learning rolled into a preview, I don't intend to be doing much for animations on our project pages...i'd get us banned outright :ROFLMAO: but that one is harmless.

I'm learning to help ivo eventually...whenever we decide to make a server for assets.

For anyone who thinks ivo's life is easy...its not, not only was that (and any animation) a pain to get perfect...it took me 19 hours, a bit longer, to render that in 4k.

I doubt I used optimal settings and I know I didnt hide all the extra graphical stuff DAZ still calculates during rendering, plus I have my 3090 helping compared to his 3060...but even with no background 9n lower quality a test run of that took me like 10 to 12 hours.
