I highly recommend playing it modded, it's a totally different experience. There are around 67000 mods for skyrim on nexus right now.
Legacy of Dragonborn is not for everyone, but it is my favorite - you have your museum and put artifacts/weapons/armors/collectables in it, it's perfect for my style of play, since I like to collect stuff and display them.
But beware - modding is really hard and takes time, the last time I played, it took me 8-10 hours to mod everything before I started playing (downloads included).
Thank you for asking and giving me oportunity to ramble endlessly about games and gaming. Gaming is my passion and I love talking about it. Also movies...
p.s. btw I finished ME1 on insanity it was a pieace of cake, I died maybe 3 times, but only cuz I got too relaxed and cockey, can be done without dying. Now I'm on ME2 insanity and I'm crying. It is SOOOOOOO hard, it's a living nightmare. It is almost a different game, shooter with real time strategy with pause. Yesterday I finished the infamous Collector's Ship and it was a hell. I think finished the worst parts (Horizon, Collector's Ship and recruiting Garrus), but still the last mission is also one of the hardest (and maybe shadow broker DLC). It's not impossible, but it is so frustrating and stresfull... I love it
