Yesterday those 30 min. were plagued with "errors" had to give up .

honestly after the first win i started getting errors so i didnt really farm indiegala credit or try to get the second key yesterday

Same story as yesterday , it started fine then again "error reaching the server " or " not enough galacredits" ...

same,might not be worth farming credit until the error is solve already wasted some galasilver today

At least it opened early this time compared to yesterday, Hopefully errors will go away in 1-2 hours

This errors happen right after challenges get opened right ? I have an easy soulution for this , keep it open 24/7 and problem solved. Big brain ideas I know.
And they should also make 0,01 guaranteed if you reach - 1, since its so difficult to actually get a functioning challenges .

It always seems like the weekends and Monday are completely unplayable, and seem to get worse every week.

So many errors today, jeez.

They should give us an update at least . Like " sorry guys but we can no longer provide the keys for the challenges " or " we are currently working on fixing the issues ". Don't keep us in the dark at least .
They made some changes , you can check them if you go to giveaway section and hover over your profile name . Now its displaying your IG level and points .
