Does not make sense on these unknown keys but is an "standard" message that shows on any key; i.e. that makes sense when you buy a bundle and it shows the game.

I had a problem revealing a key the other day, but after several minutes I retried and it just worked. Can't remember what the error code was though.

I haven't seen it in the last two days, but three days ago and today it was indeed on a "European morning".

The challenges are open now, but there is something new (and not working) : it asks me to login (via simple login, or Google, or Facebook). And it's either return to the library or 404.

With "past 24 hours" is intended starting from the first OR last win?

I've a suggestion for the malus removal through the positive feedback, could you make them cumulative and give the chance to use whenever we want?
Because it's very improbably that someone give a positive feedback during the 24 hours the first key was won.
Some days there is no gameplay giveaway, sometimes the player who won the giveaway "forgets" to give the positive feedback.

I created 32 giveaways, all with a positive feedback, and I've never been able to use malus removal once.

Morning time in Europe. I participated in the challenges that I mentioned at around 06:00 and 08:00 UTC.

Neither, your win count just resets every 24 hours. At 01:00 UTC, I think?
Your giveaway feedback and store purchases however do seem to count for 24 hours after feedback/purchase.

I created 32 giveaways, all with a positive feedback, and I've never been able to use malus removal once.

You don't actively "remove" malus with positive feedback, it just gets smaller on its own when you have positive feedback.
If you're sure you had a positive feedback within 24 hours of a challenge and didn't have a corresponding malus reduction, then you probably should follow your own advice and write to support.

I know that I can't actively "remove" malus with positive feedback; my complaint is exactly about this.

Yes, if you get a positive feedback for the next 24 hours you gain 1 second less handicap per victory.

An hour!? You're way too patient. If it shows "Fetching user data for over a minute", it's never going to work - just reload the page and hope to get the "Challenge" button.
