Hello,

Am I the only one with a secure connection failure error message when trying to access the giveaway? Firefox, Edge, Chrome, I tried all but always getting the same error message. Is it only me?

Try clearing your cache.
Did that multiple times, as well as:
-checked system time / date
-cleared SSL cache
-disabled any firewalls/antivirussoftware etc.
-disabled all browser extensions
-disabled QUIC on chrome
-deleted hosts file (which had no entries anyways)
-restarted router (because that bloody thing seems to attract problems)
-tried using a different DNS
without anything helping. I've read about enabling older TLS versions but I highly doubt thats the problem as everything worked fine yesterday + even if I wanted to try, that option has been removed from chrome earlier this year. Kinda running out of options, but I'm open for any suggestions

Hello,

just tried a few of your suggestions here but nothing's working, even from a different computer. It seems to me you need a VPN or be playing from a specific geographic area to be able to play. I hope they will fix this bug soon. Any European fellows currently manage to play the game?

Eastern Europe here, worked fine in Chrome, but Firefox (which I always used before) was really low FPS

They have buffed all the challenges except "Killing archers" (maybe I'm wrong but I didn't see any substantial differences) and nerfed the "Hoeing".

EDIT: time to see if the malus removal bug is gone 🤓

Alright, so connection issue thingy, all around?
You know, I have a feeling if I actually managed to access the thing, I'd end up with at least one of those win-flushing error notices, so maybe best to not behave like the beholden addict I am and just hold off a bit.

I will skip for today until IG fixes this problem. The only way I found to enter the giveaway is to connect with PC with Windows XP and old version of Firefox and Chrome, but it's too slow to even start the game... and since it seems others have the same problme, I don't think the issue is coming from me.

OK some more fruitless attempts and observations:
So far I tried three computers (two Win10 and a Win7) and Firefox 83, Firefox 84, Chrome 87.0.4280.88, Opera 72.0.3815.400, and Opera 73.0.3856.284 browsers. It's the same everywhere - soon after loading the page it freezes and slows down the browser. I also noticed that it's not only the https://feudalife.indiegala.com/?challenge=1 that freezes, the tab with indiegala.com freezes as well.
And one more thing: after waiting for the browser to complain about a page slowing it down and telling it to stop it, as I click the "Go back one page" button, sometimes I can see the fully loaded game screen, with the button to start a challenge present, show up for a split second. It seems like the page freezes just as the game finishes fetching user data.

I've had a opposite experience from you folks. Before I could not play this game on Firefox or any browser without VPN. Now I can play it on Firefox, and it runs MUCH faster on Firefox for me, like I was able to win the sprig picking challenge with malas 12, and I might have gotten a third game if not for a server disconnect and now its down. (many challenges are now much easier for me but the targeting challenges are just as hard or harder. Hoeing targeting is even trickier once you move faster trying to press the key just enough to go over one space over and over again, and plant watering I often overshoot, again struggling to target spaces)

But I had other issues. Aside from two unable to reach the servers and one kicking me out of a started game because I didn't have enough silver, after having spent 100 silver to get ride of malas (still lost the silver with no benefit) I'm getting other weirdness with Firefox.

Very hard to claim any game codes.
1. On my library screen it seems to keep endlessly loading the page, if I select "G. Giveaway" tab I find myself back at "Bundles" tab a moment latter. If I reload the page and press "stop" that sometimes fixes it, but not always, sometimes needs multiple attempts.
2. And then once I am stable in "G. Giveaway" I enter my email address to send and hit send, and nothing happens. It doesn't send. With lots and lots of effort, reloading the page, stopping, trying to send, over and over, it finally sent the email.

3. And I can't be logged in to post on the forum with Firefox. When I try to log in, it takes me to the home page and I'm logged in, but every time I select forum I'm logged out. Or put another way, for other parts of the website I am logged in, but for the forum I am not. So I had to load up Opera to even post this.

So trouble reaching server 2 times today, malus received. Still runs badly in Mozilla, but Chrome works perfectly fine for me, not having any of the bugs

1. the endless library reload is a known bug, don't try to fix it, just close the browser and then enter your library, that fixes it. Sometimes even just closing the window and opening a new one with the library fixes the endless reload.
2. why are you sending codes to your email? aren't you redeeming them? you can just reveal them in browser without entering email address

Both Feudalife challenge and main game don't work for me since yesterday. Tried Chrome and Firefox, browser tab just hangs.

Did a bit of digging, I can connect directly to feudalife and the challenge using it's IPv4 address, but using it's IPv6 address results in ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.
I also checked both addresses using my mobile connection, since the page loads there using the url normally. Turns out, IPv6 also does not work and throws the error, IPv4 works fine. So it seems like there is some sort of problem with the IPv6 settings of feudalife.

EDIT: Disabled IPv6 on my network adapter to force IPv4 and it loads fine. So ye, looks like feudalife's IPv6 settings are broken.

Thanks!
It's not helping me with my freezes, but while I was messing around with my network adapter and router settings, I just left the tab with https://feudalife.indiegala.com/?challenge=1 open and after around 5 minutes it actually unfroze by itself! :D
And of course now it tells me "Giveaway locked due to suspicious activity" :poop:
I'm not even angry - just disappointed.

You can click on "Gift link #" to enter the code page too, no need to send it to your email.

Hello,

how do you disable IPv6 ? I tried this in execute command but did not work :

%windir%\system32\REG.EXE ADD HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters /v DisabledComponents /t REG_DWORD /d 0x20 /f
