=> does it mean good feedbacks on giveaways will return ?

Answering myself : yes, 2 seconds removed on good feedbacks. So now, if you have good feedbacks, you have the usual malus. Gonna be hard to get it up, as 90% of people who win never really answer, and we get the feedback after 3 or 4 days.

Excuse me, but what does "good feedback" mean?

Positive feedback - when you win a giveaway you choose to leave either positive or negative feedback, and the giveaway creator gets experience points and malus reduction for good giveaways. If you win and forget to check you profile, after 3 days it will default to positive.

My starting malus was 10 seconds per won key, with -3 for account age and good feedbacks.
An increase in Malus is very understandable, but not by that amount! Or at least, not at once. It should have been increased gradually, or made new rules, so that every next key increases the malus by (6+amount of keys) x amount of keys. That way getting many keys would be very difficult, but slightly less difficult to get 2 or 3. My malus went from 4 per key, to 7 per key, so thats kinda tough. After winning 2 keys, I have 14 seconds malus.

I played one game, won it and got a malus 7 instead of the usual four. o_O Honestly, there is not even a desire to continue.

Dear Indiegala, as I understand it, the supply of keys is running low. So tell us honestly. Don't make up any ridiculous excuses. Don't introduce any ridiculous dynamic constraints. Don't offer users to try to perform impossible tasks.

...? they did tell us though, the keys are running out so they are increasing malus, they were completely transparent and honest about it:

From 8 of March 2021 we are going to introduce a new algorithm for dynamic malus system.

(....) and to cope with Steam keys scarcity.

(...) when keys are distributed and the quantity lowers under certain tresholds, values will raise slowly one or two seconds at time.
that's as honest as it can be, no excuses were made at all (although the malus is rising a lot faster than I thought)

Oof the -6 malus is pretty rough now, 4 is the max i can ever get from now on, which is still quite great:

Today I was not lucky, won 2 keys, 1 I already have and another was duplicate, so no games for me today.

so it would be more fair if they set limit to 3 keys for everybody? this way people who spend on the store (support IG) or create giveaways (support community) are getting reduced malus, thus able to win at least 4 keys per day. nothing dishonest about this - it really does distribute to wildest possible audience because those who don't buy anything can now win 2-3 keys per day, those who buy something can win 4. the dynamic malus does exactly what they discibed, even if I am surprised to see that it keeps rising every day

I can only be glad for the people who like any deteriorations so much that they even justify them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
